The Enchanted Florist

On Thursday, June 2, 2016, I ordered a «Joyful Day Bouquet (Good)» online for my mother’s 75^th birthday. When I arrived at her house that evening, I was shocked to see how dismal the bouquet looked. It was half the size of the photo shown online (which alleged did picture the «Good» version of that bouquet) and some of the flowers were wilted and actually browning around the edges. I paid $ 60 for something that looked worse than a $ 20 bouquet I could have purchased at a grocery store. I would definitely not recommend Enchanted Florist.

Beautiful arrangements! Cho gave us a warm welcome and put together a gorgeous bouquet for our adult daughter’s birthday. Her own daughter, Chrystal, was on site to render assistance. We were treated like family! Thanks so much!

I called these guys to get a bouquet of flowers for my mom just because she is a great person and 1 hour later, I kid you not, 1 freaking hour later my mom called me to say thank you for the flowers!!! Not only that, but they were really nice to me on the phone and when I went to my mom’s to see the arrangement, it was just gorgeous. And I don’t use that word very often. I’ve used them several more times since then but just by ordering online via their website and they have been right on the money each time.

This place ruin my mothers birthday I bought a $ 70 bouquet of flowers and she received flowers that look like I picked myself! The ugliest flowers I’ve ever seen I called and spoke with the manager Ryan and he said «well those roses are expensive there five dollars each so we didn’t put that many in the bouquet?! «. I was floored I told him I didn’t care I bought and advertise bouquet and he made the choice to down grade it and pick and choose the flowers to cut their cost!?! I almost wanted to cry when my mom sent me the pictures of the flowers!!! See pictures for the example ! Do not ever go here!!!

Mother’s Day ruined as well!!! Got my flowers ordered by my husband and kiddos on the Saturday before… They were missing pedals some were broken not the arrangement he paid for! Also he ordered a balloon to say happy Mother’s Day and what I got was a «best wishes» um ok! Called in complained, they will not give you a refund by the way just a lovely store credit. So he agreed to replace those with a new arrangement, well the next day it was about as bad as the first pedals falling off and a balloon wishing me a «happy birthday» lol

Anyway I’ve never written a bad review but this one is necessary… ruined the moment for my family!

It was refreshing to call a florist that was able to help me out in a pinch and make a delivery with a 3 hour notice. I called several before landing on The Enchanted Florist and no one was willing to help… so THANK YOU!
I was provided excellent service and he even was able to advise me on what to purchase based on my price range.

I can’t believe the terrible bouquet I got from these people for my birthday. My aunt sent me a $ 50 of beautiful mixed flowers from the website– I got a $ 10 mini bouquet of cheap flowers in a tiny tiny vase! When I sent them a picture of my flowers, they thought I was joking! They called this place upset and were told «the website shows a representation of what you MIGHT get but flowers might be substituted.» WTF? This place will bait and switch you! Buy at your own risk!

They ruined my birthday surprise from my husband :(Rather than getting my flowers delivered to me and being surprised, I received a text from my husband to go pick them up from the front office. Then they butchered his card it literally says «Happy birthday my love | what?» I asked him why did u write what on the card and he said he sent something completely different!!! Needless to say my husband will never order from here again…

The less than Enchanted Florist. My Brother had flowers deliivered to my Mother for this Mother’s Day. The roses did not open and the other flowers did not last more than a day. When we called to ask for a replacement, we were told that the rose buds did not open because that is the way some people like them and that if you wait more than 24 hours from the deleivery date they simply won’t do anything about it. Really bad customer service and quality.

I would give The Enchanted Florist one «star» for the arrangement they delivered, but at least they did deliver – I have had it happen that I ordered an arrangement and it was never delivered, but certainly paid for.
It was my 50^th birthday celebration weekend with my husband. He ordered a large bouquet with balloons and chocolates to be delivered to the hotel, and to be waiting for us when we arrived. Well, it was there alright. Unfortunately, it looked like an arrangement for an appendectomy, not a 50^th birthday. It was a TINY, square, glass vase with DAISIES (yep, I said daisies), and tiny rosebuds (that NEVER opened, I might add). This was accentuated by TWO silver Mylar balloons that said «Happy Birthday!». My husband was livid.
The whole presentation was inappropriate, ludicrous and unprofessional, for the low, low price of $ 90+. We will not be frequenting the Enchanted Florist again, and plan on spreading the word.

I received a sunflower arrangement for my birthday. The sunflowers did not open so I called Enchanted Florist and they immediately sent me a new arrangement of beautiful tulips. Thank you Enchanted Florist you made my day. I will certainly call you the next time Im sending flowers. The man I spoke to was so nice and sincere. I will tell everyone about my experience.

I was in the dog house with my gf, went to enchanted for flowers, she love them!

I have used them multiple times and I always walk away happy!!! They do a good job of getting the flowers whatever the way you want them and super friendly!

Stopped by on my lunch break to pick up a simple arrangement for a friend/​coworker who is having a rough week. The arrangements were all beautiful and fragrant. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you so much for helping me to brighten her day. She loved the flowers!!!

I used Enchanted Florist for the flowers for a formal baby shower luncheon. Cho the owner took the time to take me to the back to show me some flower examples of what she would use. She was right on target for my budget. The flowers showed up to the venue on time and looked amazing! I got several compliments on them.

I should have written this review then when it happened, but I was a bit dumbfounded how it actually was possible that someone would do that.
Anyhow in 2011 my then boyfriend decided to send me impromptu surprise flowers for a 1 year a a few random months anniversary… he called around and luckily of all the florist this one said they would do same day delivery… only he had to pay an extra $ 25 rush fee.
He said sure, let just go ahead and do it. I always figured out and ruined any of his planned surprises. So this was suppose to be the first.
Anyhow, they asked him for an address and MY phone number. He asked to verify that they didn’t actually want his number as they were surprise flowers. They wanted mine.
Anyhow, the driver couldn’t figure out the address, called me asking for my boyfriend’s name, to which I replied «oh that’s my boyfriend, this is Thao, what can I do for you?» he said «oh you are Thao?» To which I said, «yes, who is this?» «Enchanted florist…»
My reply of course is, oh so this must be surprise flowers? The driver made it, didn’t apologize for anything and promptly left.
Over $ 75 in flowers, without the joy of being pleasantly surprised by them. Disappointed to say the least, and not worth the rush delivery fee after all of that.

I had used Casa Verde Florist since I was 18 & when the owners retired: Enchanted Florist took over their customers. They are very «high priced» but they are nice.
Their desings are very professional & they are always very helpful!

I went to enchanted florist expecting a great result, but no such thing happened. I was searching for my florist for my wedding and had such a slow response starting from the very beginning. When I walked in I we sat down, talked about what I wanted (which I wasn’t sure and they didn’t help much). I should have known that I needed to figure out what I wanted in flowers b/​c they tried to rip me off. A floral arrangement for the bride was going to be 200 dollars — what! No way. And $ 75 for each bridesmaid? Also, it took a over month to get the first proposal from them. No thanks, I’ll take my money somewhere else…

My sister ordered me flowers for my 21^st birthday. They were supposed to show up on a Saturday and I didn’t get them until Tuesday because the delivery driver couldn’t find my house. What an idiot. So instead of making a new arrangement so the flowers would be fresh, they sent me the ones from 4 days ago. By the time I got them the white roses were brown and the Lillie’s were already dying. Will never order flowers from them.

I must have left my account open at work, because someone else wrote this review under my name. However, I’m sure it was a legitimate experience, so I’m still leaving it up; I just don’t want people to think I wrote it.

The Enchanted Florist did an amazing job of designing bouquets, arrangements, boutonnieres, ambient floral decorations and hair pieces on my wedding day. They delivered everything to the wedding location, going above and beyond the call of duty by assisting with boutonnière pinning and placing their handmade hair pieces in my half up-​do on the big day. (Which was not easy!)
Staff are friendly and kind, and took my vague, hand-​waving semi-​descriptions of what I wanted and turned it into perfect reality that surpassed my expectations.
They did not create an invoice for my order, however, which may be troublesome if you need that sort of thing, and I had a some difficulty getting the details of my order finalized until the week before the wedding due to unresponsiveness because the store was temporarily understaffed.
Again, I was incredibly impressed at the Enchanted Florist’s ability to read my mind and provide an unforgettably beautiful and perfect wedding bouquet.
