I just had the first/​initial cleaning and overall it was fantastic! For some reason they did not put the clean sheets on one of the beds but when I responded to the follow up call from the office to inquire about my experience they were very apologetic!!! That’s all I need when a mistake is made, an apology not excuses.
The price was high but the first clean is a 4−5hr clean of 3 people and boy did my house need it (we are doing lots of construction so things a dusty and messy). I will use them again. Price seems a bit high but if it’s done right and well then it’s worth it!!!

I’m a NEW customer to Susy Q, and I must say that I am completely satisfied with their work. I went with the 1st time deep cleaning and these ladies did a GREAT job! They arrived on time and their work effort was non stop and very well done. I keep in contact thru email, its faster for me, and I always get a response. Very good communication! I have a 4 bedroom house 2 ½ bath with open floor plan and they covered everything that was talked about in the emails. Being a mother of 4 and a wife, life gets in the way of my home so I decided to hire some help for when I can not do it all. Gald I did. I’m a weekly customer now. THANKS Susy Q Cleaning.

I hired Susy Q about 5 months ago. The service was expensive and not very accommodating with their customers. They charged me $ 135 dlls for a move out cleaning. They said that’s their standard charge for a one bedroom apartment. I told her my place was a studio (415 sqft). Not nearly many walls/​space to clean.
I had family over the previous week and the studio was pretty clean (just needed help with oven and tub). I basically only hired them because my landlord needed us to have the place professional clean as we agreed in our lease (512 realty). The cleaning itself was okay, but the chemicals they use where super strong.
I need cleaners now and rather look elsewhere.

I was really looking forward to having Suzy Q come to clean our apartment and was planning to have them come on a monthly basis. When I initially requested the appointment I told them that coming between 9−11am would be the best time. They said they could come between 11:00 — 11:30. I knew this would be pushing it with my husbands work schedule and let them know he would not be there after 11:30. I was happy to receive an appointment confirmation that specifically stated an 11:00 am appointment time… 11:25 am on the date of the appointment rolls around and my husband calls and tells me they still have not arrived. I called Suzy Q and told them the situation and there response is, «if you cancel your appointment it’s a $ 40 fee» I was surprised with their response as it was 11:30 am and they still had not arrived. Overall, I’m disappointed in their customer service, lack of understanding, and professionalism. I would not recommend them and do not plan to use them in the future.

I used Suzy Q once when my normal cleaner couldn’t come, and they did a decent job. When I found myself in a similar situation a few months later (regular cleaner couldn’t come and out of town guest were arriving) I hired them again. Fortunately they were able to come the day my out of town guests arrived. Now I wish they hadn’t been. When they arrived, we walked through the house together and agreed it should take 2 to 2 ½ hours to complete with the two woman crew they sent. It took three, and I felt they were milking their time by working as slowly as possible (as they are paid hourly). Had I not checked in with them and asked them to hurry please as my guests would soon arrive, I could have seen them taking even longer. My normal cleaning lady cleans my house in about 3 hours or less herself and with better results (also for approx. 1⁄3 the cost). I wish that was my only complaint.
Milking their time for an hourly wage is one thing, but they caused some costly damages to my newly renovated kitchen (badly scratching the new Bosch stainless cooktop and scratching/​chipping the soapstone counters). They also ruined my master bedspread (by somehow splashing bleach on it). I noticed the bleach stain when they were here and I could tell, they already knew it happened when I pointed it out. They sheepishly apologized and acknowledged using the bleach (which was easy to smell). They also didn’t do a very good job. There were many areas that clearly weren’t dusted. I complained immediately via emil and the company was responsive and seemingly helpful. They came to my home within a couple of days and took pictures of the damages and even saw the remaining dust in multiple locations and assured me this was not typical service.. However, this incident was now over a month ago and has yet to be resolved. I have not even been offered a refund for the cleaning services and have received no compensation for my damaged items. I will most definitely not be hiring them again.

This was the first time my husband and I have ever used a cleaning service and our expectations were definitely exceeded. We have an older small duplex that is not hard to keep up but our bathroom and kitchen are all original tile! They both get dirty so fast and never feel 100% clean. With my in-​laws arriving this weekend I decided it was time to call in some extra help and found Susy Q online. They had great reviews and I appreciate they are a local business.
We booked them for an hour for a deep clean the bathroom and kitchen. We told them that if there was extra time to do some basic sweeping/​dusting of the other rooms. When I got home the bathroom and kitchen were sparkling clean — much better than I have ever done! Also, they completely cleaned the extra bedroom and living room!
It feels so good a really clean house with my in-​laws arriving tomorrow! My husband and I feel like there is one less thing to worry about getting ready. We plan to have them come back twice a year and deep clean.

I’ve used Suzy Q for over a year now to clean my vacation rental. They arrive within a specified time window (Which is important if you have people moving out and moving in the same day). They do a great job, for a great price. When I call, they remember who I am and make me feel like true customer and not just a number. I wouldn’t use any other company.

The owner reached out to me and offered to make everything right. She offered to follow up and find out exactly what happened and offered to refund my service. It felt unfair to accept a refund as the cleaners had already provided a quality service.
The urgency of the response, the level of commitment to resolve the issue and make me satisfied was very appreciated.
My original issue was a misunderstanding of how much tip was intended. Although a note with instructions as to the tip amount was left with the cash (In neatly printed Spanish and English from a bilingual speaker), all of the cash left was taken.

My awesome husband scheduled a deep cleaning with Susy Q while I was recovering from a C-​section. The ladies showed up on time, on a Friday morning, when we were having a serious rain storm and tornado warnings/​watches. We were impressed. They worked hard and did a great job. I called a couple of weeks later, last minute, to schedule a cleaning and they were able to schedule for a crew the next day. Because the original crew was running late, someone called ahead of time to let me know, and to let me know they would be sending someone else ahead of the crew to get a head start. I thought this was great example of service. We were very satisfied with both cleanings, and especially impressed by the crew that did the deep cleaning– I will be requesting them next time I don’t have to schedule last minute.

I just had Susy Q do a deep cleaning of my one bedroom apartment. Scheduling was fairly simple — I initiated the process via their website and setup the time via email. They arrived right on time, did a very thorough job and were finished in less than 2 hours. I was so pleased with the quality of their service that I signed up for bi-​weekly cleaning with Susy Q!

I got the deep cleaning from Susy Q and overall it was great.
The two ladies showed up on time (a little early actually), were friendly, and cleaned my 2 bed /​1 bath apartment better than I could have done myself. They were very polite and considerate during the 2 hours, telling me when there’d be noise or when they were going to do something in the room I was working in.
I’ll be using Susy Q Cleaning again in the future when the time comes.

I’ve been down sick for several months and my house was a disaster. Just freakin’ depressing. We’re talking no dusting (in Texas!), no vacuuming, no wiping down the blinds, nothing for six months. I definitely needed more than a «once over». I shopped around looking for a service that offers a deep cleaning deal (not all maid services do) and found Suzy Q.
I found the level of thoroughness to be well worth the price. The crew was polite and helpful and the office was easy to reach and accommodating. The crew repeatedly offered to walk through the house with me, which I saw as a good sign they were confident in their work. They had every reason to be.
Even the door frames were all wiped down! And the toilet paper and tissues were folded in fun designs. Okay, maybe I’m the only one who gets a kick of stuff like that. .. but, hey, sometimes it’s the little things!
One of my bathtubs wouldn’t drain (my house suffers from problem pipes) and not only did they manage (somehow?!) to get the tub clean (must have been a hassle, sorry ladies!), but they called to tell me about the clogged pipes.
Having a clean house is like therapy. Hmm. .. maybe the insurance company will pay for it?! Lol! But seriously, they did a great job and I’m glad I called.

Susy Q cleaning came to clean my apartment for the first time this morning they were not only super friendly, professional, and thorough, they also arrived early which is such a plus for me.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest cleaning company in Austin.

The good: The appointment was easy to set up. The staff arrived on time. I’m a guy who lives alone and cleaning is not a priority, so my apartment had layers of dust. When I came back after 2 hours, the place was CLEAN. I was very happy with the results.
The bad: The two women who did the cleaning were very unprofessional. When they arrived, they pretty much ignored me, then walked through my apartment talking in Spanish and laughing. It was humiliating. Because of the language barrier, I could not communicate with them at all. I had hoped I would be able to walk through and point certain things out, but that wasn’t possible. Alas, another reason why I should learn to speak Spanish.
Bottom line: The company delivers on the cleaning front. Does it matter that they were a little rude? I got over it when I saw the finished product. Would I use them again? I don’t know yet. In the end, they know what they’re doing and didn’t need my «special instructions.» Next time I can just leave a key and not have to deal with the staff at all. Or maybe I’ll try another service and see if I can get both clean and professional in one package.

I have been using Susy Q to clean my apartment for about 6 months now and have had a mostly positive experience. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star rating is because I have to request that they scrub my tub every month or so to get rid of mildew and such. I think if a tub is being cleaned thoroughly every 2 weeks that this shouldn’t be an issue and I shouldn’t have to tell you. If you see it, you should be cleaning it. Everything else has been pretty great though!

So many good things to say about Susy Q! They are a locally-​owned, family-​run business and I feel great supporting that. The owner, Dalia, is professional and very accommodating. She runs a tight ship and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The crew is very friendly, on-​time, efficient and thorough. I consider myself a pretty clean person (some might even say anal retentive), but when I saw how much dust/​dirt they found on the first visit, I knew my life had just changed for the better.
