Established in 1906.

The Company was founded on August 27, 1906, on the heels of the devastating 1906 fire and earthquake that leveled San Francisco. A young real estate agent, Colbert Coldwell saw the need for honest, knowledgeable real estate services to help the city rebuild. As the company grew, he hired Arthur Banker as a member of his sales staff. The two businessmen eventually formed a partnership, and in 1914 officially named the company Coldwell Banker®.

Manager

Susan is an Austinite who is proud of her city. She comes from a Real Estate family and has fond memories dating back to her early childhood of getting to go see the

Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders at «Parade of Homes», congratulating her mother on many many awards and watching her take the honor as Austin Board of Realtors President joining a group of distinguished Realtors. Susan worked very hard in her community and dedicated herself for many years to be a stay at home mother and strong volunteer.

Now the page is turning, the kids are grown, and a 15 year plan now comes in to play.

The passion Susan has towards others is genuine and her drive comes from a place of wanting to do good.
