We sell all wood kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities & more. We pride ourselves on using all wood, quality soft close full-​extension drawers at reasonable prices. We strongly believe this creates the best value you will find in kitchen cabinets. We do not install but we do have a list of installers we recommend and work with.

While there is almost always someone at our shop during normal business hours, we do work by appointment. That way when you come in, you will have our undivided attention. In turn, if you want to take your chances and just pop in, we are fine with that. But, we may be with other customers who made an appointment.

History

Established in 2009.

Centex Cabinets started in May of 2009 our of a small warehouse on Burnet Rd. We started out selling one line of manufactured cabinet and only carrying 5 doors. We had steady growth through the first couple years. Over that time, that manufacturer added a few cabinet doors and we added another manufacturer as well.

In the late spring of 2011, we added 3 new manufacturers giving us some great new door styles and over 100 in total. We also became the national sales rep for one of those companies giving us better pricing on those cabinets than literally any other cabinet shop in the country.

Those new doors styles, better pricing and just the over all maturity of our company helped us to really have a strong growth year in 2011. That growth has continued in 2012. In mid April of 2012 we moved to our new location on Research Blvd.

We now carry not only kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. But, also cabinet hardware, sinks, faucets, hardwood flooring and more.

Relocated to Austin from Minnesota during the internet boom in 1999. When the bubble burst, I was out of a job. But, I liked Austin so much, I stayed.

Started Centex Cabinets in May of 2009.
