I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Exposure Response & Ritual Prevention Therapy (ERP), and advanced Mindfulness. My practice is also strongly influenced by somatic approaches, attachment theory, and neurobiology-​based psychoeducation.

I am a TX Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) w/​a M.S. in Mental Health Counseling. I am an intensively trained DBT Therapist, a fully trained EMDR practitioner, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Yoga Instructor. I currently am in private practice specializing in trauma, grief, eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety/​panic, OCD, and personality disorders. Previously, I ran a DBT Intensive Outpatient Program for Austin Center for Psychological Care and saw individuals at Good Life Psychotherapy. I also worked under Dr. Vern Devine, a renowned psychologist in St. Louis Park, MN, specializing in OCD, and co-​led Dialectical Behavioral Therapy groups at Bridging Hope Counseling in Rogers, MN.

As a intensively trained DBT, EMDR, and ERP specialist, I help adults and adolescents prevent, manage, and overcome overwhelming emotions, debilitating anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive thinking, compulsive behaviors, phobias, trauma, history of abuse, unresolved grief, self-​harm, suicidal thoughts, disordered eating, and body image concerns. I invest deeply into developing a nonjudgmental, collaborative, warm, and genuine therapeutic relationship that promotes empowerment, and moves clients towards active and holistic healing. I am fully committed to supporting each and every client in order to make long-​term permanent changes. I am LGBTQIA friendly and honor diversity in my practice.
