I have been to this location multiple times and have received stellar service from Sara on every occasion. She takes the time to explain things and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is right. I highly recommend this location

First time in with my wife to upgrade service/​phones and we were in and out of there in 40 mins! Sara the manager was super nice and gave us all the info we needed. I had to wait a while when picking up my phone later on but even with the set-​up, over all it went pretty quickly!
I would suggest making an appointment! Sometimes they can get really busy!

These guys are extemely unhelpful. Sprint does not stand behind their products at this store because it is an affiliate and not a company owned store. If you have an issue they will tell you to «go talk to the manufacture or go to a company store.» This is the second issue I have had with their products and they told me to go away.

I went in to add a line to my contract. They had a promotion for a free Samsung tablet if you paid for a data plan for 2 months and you could cancel after that.
The next month I received a bill for $ 390.I went back to the store to talk to Malcum, the rep who helped us earlier. He told us «too bad, you signed the contract.“He was rude and unwilling to work with us about the overcharges at.
I went outside the store, called Sprint corporate, and after 20 minutes, they gave me credit for the overcharges, and let me keep the tablet.
I would not recommend this store, and especially Malcum. His customer service skills are very minimal at best.

Sara is awesome! I was on a time crunch rushing in. She got everything taken care of in 15 minutes. When my phone arrived 3 days early– she left me a message and was excited because she knew it was important to me! I work in the same shopping center, I ran my old phone down on Saturday and she moved all my stuff over for me, then brought it to me at work. WOW! Friendly helpful and expedient — if only all the sprint shops I’ve dealt with were as customer service oriented!!! I was told I might get a survey call from sprint and I was sooooo disappointed when that didn’t happen – figured the public should know how helpful this particular store is (and ask for Sara!!!)

Hands down, the best phone experience I’ve had. Jack helped me select, program and learn my new phone yesterday. Doesn’t sound special, right? It is when you’ve been told at other Sprint stores that they ‘can’t import your contacts’ or ‘you’d better email yourself your pictures because i can’t transfer them’ or ‘read the book for how to set up your phone’.
Not only did he help me learn about my new phone, he also helped my friend learn about her Galaxy Note 2 and he didn’t even sell it to her. She purchased it recently but was never oriented on it’s features.
If you would like premium level customer service, this is the Sprint store for you.
