My son rages when he gets his hair cut but the older lady in there did great! Wish I remembered her name but we will be going back to her. A little pricy but I have been paying for $ 25 haircuts from people that just don’t know how to cut toddlers hair anyway.
The only bad thing is that the play area and seats were all very dirty.

Took my kids here to get haircuts, different stylist daughter bob looked great. My son not at all what I wanted was kinda upset, but not much I could do, the damaged was done. Over all kid friendly.

My daughter has had two haircuts here. The first was fantastic. The stylist took her time and she had a very cute shoulder length Bob at the end. The second time we had a different stylist who when asked to trim an inch or two to bring it above her shoulders, chopped off 3 to 4 inches to above her chin. The worst part is that it is so uneven that I cannot even have it fixed at another salon without turning it into a pixie cut.

Took my almost 3 year old for her first haircut today. It took her a while to grow hair. She was really scared because of course my husband had to go and tell her it would look like his haircut when she wants long princess hair. Her stylist was so patient with her and so gentle. We didn’t do the first haircut package but did save a lock. I liked it that they didn’t push that package on us. At the end of her haircut she got to pick a ribbon for her hair and glitter for her hair which made her day! Definitely will go back!

This place is so great! We took our 7 year old and her sister here for her birthday as a surprise girls day and they had the best time! We did the birthday girl and a friend package which includes a hairstyle, make up application, mini mani and pedi, princess crowns, and a photo in a cute paper frame. The ladies were very friendly and interacted with the girls, asking them questions and keeping the conversation going with them. They also got to take home their make up which included blush, eyeshadow, and lipstick (all light kid friendly colors) and they got a little keychain mirror and nail file. Definitely a nice day of pampering for them and it was only $ 60 great deal! We will definitely be back for future events!

I booked my twin daughters bday party here for last Saturday at 10 a.m.
First of all this room they offer for parties is super small, I wouldn’t plan a party here for more than 8 (they allow like 16!?) crazy. Also like for instance if you book a Spa Party like me, they will not remove any clutter, from the other themed bday parties they have. For example the karaōke machine, or the furs that are hanging for there hollywood/​dress up parties. They had this curtain that was hanging like it was torn or just not put on the rod right, so that view of the storage closet was open. This was ridiculous to me because my children and party guests were of course asking about playing with items they had in the room or in view. Of course they were told no, that it was for another type of party. My question is why leave that out? Even if this is their storage area. I feel like they should have removed these things from the room and properly covered any other items that did not have anything to do with our party. I notified the manager on this and she simply told me no one has ever had a problem with this.
Ok so back to the beginning. Our party was set to begin at 10 a.m. and I arrived at exactly 10 a.m. and they were not ready and setting up the room. Our party began at 10:12 a.m.
They had a craft for kids to do in between the spa activities (nails and pedis). The craft was a sun catcher fish paint. I have to say it was sloppy the way they supposedly set that up. Not inviting at all. They left a bag of unopened fish and a box of glitter glue on table with used and empty glitter-​glue pens. Very unwelcoming. I asked for more pens and they did get some more and asked us to be careful with them since this was there last pack. Really? Can you say not prepared. So that pretty much ticked me off seeing as I had watched them one of my party hostesses completely fail to even try to engage the children. She literally did not speak and had this frown on her face the while painting kids nails. Also she had these ridiculously long nails that gave her much difficulty in handling the girls small hands. The other woman who asked me to be careful with the glue-​glitter was not changing the water. Extremely unsanitary and I will be notifying the health department.
So I complained to management and the assistant told me she would talk to the hostess and ask them to talk to the girls more. She apologized for the woman who was doing pedicures (and not changing water for every child) because she was new and untrained. Some other fails they had were when girls were done with craft they had nothing to do but sit with in a room with inexperienced hostesses and things they could not touch. I asked management what else could girls do until they were ready to have facials and there was nothing, they simply told me fish painting craft was supposed to last the two hours. I explained well it has not lasted them and a lot of girls were sitting with nothing to do. They looked clueless. So I then told them okay well how about a movie! I mean just wow! I’m telling you the level of inexperience and unpreparedness was just crazy! So they put on the movie.
I took pictures of my daughters because they left all this facial scrub on my daughters faces. I had to wipe off when we left. They would not give me owners number. The owner would not answer there calls the entire time I was there. In the end they discounted the party by $ 80. That didn’t come easy either. The owner called me later that day and apologized and basically told me she got some of the same story from the staff but was hearing some new/​different things from my end. Needless to say I will never return to this establishment for any services they offer. Total Fail!

I bring my daughter here every year for her Bday cut, she loves it. It is a little more pricey then norm places but the always do a wonderful job. You get what you pay for. They take their time and do not attempt to rush you through they also treat the kids special which everyone enjoys. This time we got Allison she is a real «stylist» my daughters hair looks great. I recommend for at least a sometimes treat for them.

We took our 14-​month old son here for the first time. We went on a Sunday and there was no wait. He had gotten a haircut at another place but we didn’t like it so we decided to check out this place. We got a regular haircut. Miah cut his hair and she did a great job! She had a lot of patience with my son. He didn’t like the clippers so he got a little impatient towards the end. They offer a $ 3 off coupon online for first visit and $ 5 if you refer someone or are a referral. I will definitely be going back.

My son is autistic and cries immediately when walking in some retail places. He was happy when I took him in and sat pretty patiently on the first visit. We got lucky with our stylist, Selena, as she worked quickly and efficiently understanding my son’s limitations on sitting still. I have been back with him many times since, thank-​you!

We brought our 15 month old twins into snip it’s on Mothers Day for their very first real hair cuts and the staff did an amazing job. The atmosphere is great for kids and the stylists are extremely patient. Everyone was extremely friendly and really treated our boys great. We will definitely be going back and appreciate their kindness and attention with our little ones!

The girls were wonderful! I love my son’s hair. His first haircut was terrible at another kids salon recently so I was overjoyed to see how much patience and how sweet the girls were. The only thing I would reccomend is playing movies on the monitors instead of commercials for the company that are super small. That would probably help everyone keep the babies and kids distracted:)

Snip its did an amazing job on both my boys! I have a 3 yr old and a 5yr old & the woman who cut their hair was soo professional yet mellow and friendly I think my kids just totally vibed off her! They offer 3.00 coupons for new customers on the web to print out! Kids loved the cool atmosphere geared toward kids, def one of the best kids hair salon I’ve been to! They have chairs for parents to sit and watch hair cut they also have tv at each individual station to occupy restless kids and the kids get to redeem a prize in the cool machine after their haircut! What cool incentive for them to look forward too! Hairdresser had Amazing skills and up to date with trendy haircuts! I love the technique she used to achieve the look we wanted! worth every penny! You get what you pay for soo a little pricey but guaranteed great haircut!

The only reason I came here was because the supercuts around the corner messed up my boys hair. I brought him here, never being there before, hoping they could fix the mess. They did that and more. I’ll add a picture for reference. My son didn’t even want to leave when he was done, which was a first. The games, environment and staff are fantastic. I won’t be taking my son anywhere else for his future cuts. ⁵⁄₅.

I can’t say enough nice things about the folks at Snip-​its. My son is 16 months old and not the easiest client. Both Rubi & Selena have given him amazing haircuts. Selena even fixed the hack job that another salon gave him.
He fell and cut his head pretty badly the last time we were there. It was just a clumsy toddler move, not their fault at all. We made a bit of a scene, but they reacted so quickly & professionally. They even called to check on him a few days later. Thanks again y’all. We will be coming back until Jack is too big to fit in that chair.

I have taken my daughter twice to Snip Its and both experiences were great. Staff is friendly and did greet at the door. I didn’t have to wait long and the stylist was very friendly towards my daughter. I am extremely pleased with the haircut this last time. My daughter went from long hair to a short bob and it was exactly the way I wanted it. I will go back again.

I was so excited when I saw this place! Inside looks like so much fun! It would be… if they had different staff. Not friendly. For a place meant for kids, filled with vibrant colors, and charging steep prices you need friendly and enthusiastic stylists! I can’t imagine how many people have brought their little one for a first haircut and left disappointed. I went twice just incase they were having an off day and regretted that decision. You can’t charge those prices and have miserable Supercuts-​esque stylists. Clean house… get some fresh, happy, child-​friendly staff and we’ll gladly come back.

The ladies were awesome and friendly! The kids really enjoyed their haircut. But… they charged me full price on my kid’s haircut because I didn’t mention the Wednesday Special when I mentioned it during the haircut.
One of the girls called back and apologized about not applying the discount. She gave me a $ 5 credit for the next haircut. Now that’s what I call customer service!

We’ve been here three times and it is always great. My daughter is very shy and Vanessa did an excellent job on her hair and making her comfortable. She also gave my other daughter her 1^st haircut and it was so easy. This is not a cheap looking cut. They know how to cut hair and keep the kid’s occupied. They also hand out coupons at the end.

Came in on a Sunday at 3:30 and had to wait a half-​hour for my nephew to be seen. Plenty of toys and games kept him occupied. Once he was in the chair, it was great. The woman helped my brother-​in-​law and me pick out a style, turned on the TV and was happy to oblige with two lollipops. Her name was Vette and I was amazed at how professional, courteous and sweet she was. I would highly recommend the place but encourage you to go at a less busy time if possible.

I bought a groupon for Snip-​Its and went in to try them out. The kids loved the entire experience– they really know how to cater to kids. The haircuts were great and the staff was extremely friendly!
I don’t know if I’d pay $ 17.99 for each kid (I have two)… I would recommend it as a «treat» for the kids/​if you find any coupons out there/​or for higher end haircuts.
They have a great mousse styling product that works wonders on my daughters crazy, frizzy, curly hair. I recommend it!!!
