We specialize in two ways, we love old historic homes, we care very much about animals and safe products, and we are a family business that is considered honest and loving by downtown Austin. We are small and familiar– have great references, and have reasonable prices. All of us are part of a family– we are known as the Neelys, or Neely-​Dickeys. We work very hard to make our clients feel secure and fulfilled– we come from a long line of folks who care very much about the environment and making our clients feel happy and profoundly not worried about who the «cleaning-​folk» are. Our second way of being specialized is in our nice way of caring for the «new Austin». We will gladly clean your awesome condo, your old house in Travis Hieghts, or a mansion in Judges Hill. We are not the typical «janitorial service, or maid service». We have worked all over Austin and have that special touch of caring a whole lot about our people and their homes. We are most dedicated and secure.

History

Established in 2003.

We have been cleaning an area of Judges Hill for over seven years– that is West Campus– mostly we have been taking care of a segment of MLK and Rio Grande– we started out restoring those buildings to take them back to the future in a way. We have been cleaning giant historic homes in that area for some time now. We also have been cleaning smaller businesses for lawyers and advertising folks like T3. Any questions about our loyalty and absolute devotion to both Austin and our clients can be established by calling our current employers. We have a very fine history of caring for places that were once treated poorly by «janitorial services» or «maid services». We are a whole lot more than that. We are a family that really cares. We love Austin and everyone that lives here. We also understand the love of animals and plant-​life. We use Meyers mostly to clean things up, and give jobs to young folks who are still in college. We have chickens, dogs, and cats at our home.

I am a nice gal that really understands what is Austin. I love kids, animals, and artists. I work very hard to make my people feel «at home» even when they are away. I do have a couple of disabled people working with me as they deserve the right to have a job like anyone else.

If I was to be your gal, you must accept that kids going to school and persons different from «the norm» should be able to have a job. I do not hire ex-​cons or losers. I just hire those folks that are most left out. Good folks really. Everyone that works with me is a legal citizen.
