Russ has practiced Criminal Defense since 1994. He has handled thousands of criminal matters and tried dozens of cases to juries throughout Central Texas.

Russ has handled every type of criminal case from complex white collar cases to death penalty cases to misdemeanor marijuana possession cases. He understands that each client’s case is one of the most important events in that person’s life and can have long-​reaching consequences.
