Ruby Blue Aesthetics

I went here for the first time with a Groupon around a year ago (PRO TIP: don’t buy the Groupon anymore after the first one — Karen’s prices for fills are the same in-​store and her business gets to keep 100% of the profits instead of going to Groupon) and this was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I’ve always been scared of lash extensions and generally anything that touches my face since I have extremely sensitive skin, but the process was quick and painless, and — dare I say it — FUN! Karen is truly a gem of a person and an aesthetician. She’s incredibly professional, obviously loves what she does, and is very personable. She’s one of my favorite people to talk to, and I enjoy my time with her. If you’re considering lash extensions, its your first time, and you’re not a butthole person, Ruby Blue is the perfect choice for you. She books up FAST since she is her only employee, so give yourself some time to set an appointment. Also, don’t cancel on her same day (try not to) — this is not only inconvenient for her, but also for the dozens of people on her waitlist!

She works by herself at her salon, and does a killer job. Super fast and easy appointment. The next day I went to another lash place (cause Kristin was booked solid till my wedding date) to get my eyebrows tinted/​waxed. Multiple aestheticians complimented my new lashes. Would recommend Ruby Blue to anyone in need of lash expertise!
