He was fast and good and cheap, I was in and out in few minutes and my key worked immediately.
Very good and will definitely recommend to a family or friend.

My fiancé and I somehow lost the keys to the padlock on our Uhaul, and after a long drive and little sleep, these guys made it as easy and pleasant as possible to cut the lock and get into our truck. Service was extremely fast and personable, for a low cost. We are very thankful for their help during what could have been a crisis for us.

These guys are great and really know their trade. I had two deadbolts re-​keyed while I waited (~15 min.) at a price for lower than I expected.

Called in, described the work scope for a rental property rekey, and they quoted me a price. Seemed reasonable, so I took it.
After the work was complete, the estimated price of $ 165 had mushroomed to $ 248.
There was one (1) additional deadbolt cylinder that was added to the original work scope.
They DID provide fast service (needed the work done quick), so that’s why I’m giving them 2-​stars.
**** Update– was later contacted by Advanced who explained that the cost increase from the original estimate was due to the keyless deadbolt; i.e. the additional cylinder mentioned above.

Just quoted me over $ 400 simply to put in a keyless entry where you put in a code to enter your house that the other quotes were $ 150 I got from other locksmiths… and that was after having to explain to them what it was.
Then she asked me what color my hardware was. I had just said I wanted to replace all hardware, because it was broken so I repeated that it didn’t matter since we were replacing all hardware. So she asked again «Yes, I know but you need to tell me what color your hardware is so I can match it.» I again said «If you are replacing the knob, the deadbolt, and all other components, what are you matching? It’s all new?» So she said «Well let me see what we have then» and puts me on hold.
Forget it. I hung up. There was a lot more to that call before all that even happened with me trying desperately to explain to the woman what a keyless entry was and her mumbling price after price that was incoherent until we were racking up loads of stuff, but hopefully they tape their calls and can listen on their own to the gal that answered my call at 9:29am on 4÷30÷15 because she left me way too frustrated to even want to go into it.

I was looking at the reviews and seen the one 4 star guy, so I asked them about the trip charge and they explained it to me very well and I understand no service company comes to you for free, this company just shows you up front what your paying for and after the lady I spoke to told me about the cost of running there business and the price of gas I get it!!! No one works for free and you DO get what you pay for here!
They have over 100 years of combined locksmith experience in this shop most of the guys are 2^nd & 3^rd generation Locksmiths so they know what they are doing

I have used them twice to work on locks for our Church, and once I had them copy a fairly expensive car key for me. I have to say I have been really impressed so far. They might be a little more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for. I am more than willing to pay a little more for good service, than go cheap and get poorly made keys, or poorly installed locks. I am about to call them again to have some more work done, if this experience with them is anything less than stellar I will revise my review, but so far so good!

This is a great lock and key copy service. I called several locksmiths when I needed locks changed on short notice and Advanced Lock Solutions met my simple criteria — changing my locks within 3 hours! The price premium for immediate service was only $ 15 more than scheduled service, which is a lot cheaper than other locksmiths. The serviceman was professional and even made multiple copies of the keys I needed, at the same price as Home Depot (and thus saved me a trip and time). He even advised me on lock placement guidelines and installed a missing plate on one of the doors at no charge. Its businesses like these that separate themselves from the rest of the pack, and that’s why they are 5 star.

I would do business with these guys again. Why not five stars? Well. they’re just too pricey.
I called for some lock removing and rekeying one night about 5pm and they were able to schedule me the next day for 11am. Since I didn’t have an emergency that was fine, and I impressed upon them that I had to leave at noon so they couldn’t be late.
True to their word, my technician MIke, called about 9:30 and said he was done early with another job and would head my way if I wanted. Sure do I said.
Mike came, did all the work I scheduled, and did it quickly, proficiently and pleasantly.
Like I say, I’d use ‘em again.
But that «trip charge» bullshit has got to go. $ 60 to show up at my house? During business hours? On a weekday? When you’re less than five miles from my house? Now that’s just bullshit.
If not for that, Advanced would get five stars easy (and ask for Mike when you call; he gets five stars period.)

I used Advanced Lock Solutions with short notice on ³⁄₂₀ to re-​key 3 locks inside the property. I phoned them at 12:30pm and they were at my project by 2pm (this is good time as the Locksmith was on another job when I called and had to travel approx 15 to 20 miles to start/​complete my service). He was fast, professional and very pleasant. Will I use him again? Absolutely! The price was fair and I am/​was very happy.

So I was at Forever 21 last week and just as I was about to check out I saw the cutest key topper at the counter. I’m sure you’re familiar with the little rubbery things you can put on keys to distinguish them from other keys, yes? Well, this one looked like a LOLLIPOP! It was adorable so I impulsively purchased it.
Worst. idea. ever.
Flash forward to today — I get home from an afternoon of running around and as I’m about to unlock my front door I realize my lollipop-​clad key has disappeared! I check my purse, my car, my yard — nothing. I call every establishment where I had stopped — nothing. After a few choice words directed at my no-​longer-​so-​adorable, totally-​crappily-​made key holder I suck it up and call Advanced Lock Solutions.
I was immediately impressed when the locksmith showed up at my house within 30 minutes (on a Sunday, no less) and diligently went to work trying to break in. Eventually we got into my house and he started examining my lock. Turns out, my lock wasn’t that well constructed and neither was the key that was supposed to unlock it! Upon discovering this, he fixed my lock, rekeyed it and made me three brand new keys ALL FOR FREE. What a bargain!
On top of it all, he could not have been nicer. I know I’ll be calling them back should I ever get locked out of my house or need my locks rekeyed after dumping a crazy boyfriend (not that I’m speaking from experience there. I swear.).
p. s. If you find my lollipop key please run it over with your car or something. I’m still bitter.

I just called Advanced Lock Solutions to ask for a locksmith to come out and re-​key a file cabinet and Angie told me how it could be done a different way that cost me a whole $ 10.83 with tax saving me a ton on having a locksmith come out. What a great, honest business. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business!

Advanced Lock Solutions came to re-​key 5 locks in my house yesterday. It was professionally done with attentive to detail. Now, I feel much safer! I would definitely recommend their service if you need to change or re-​key your lock (s)!
