Tony, the guy who was running RSVPpassport when I called, was very generous and kind man.

I needed a passport in 7 days and did not have the time to drive to Houston to get it. After further research, I came across RSVP and gave Tony a call. He was absolutely wonderful from the start and put any anxieties that I had about not getting my passport to rest. I live out in Driftwood and instead of having me drive to his place of business, he would meet me halfway. In addition, the passport bureau had an issue with my check so he wrote his own personal check for me to avoid any delays. How awesome is that? Super nice, super helpful and I got my passport in a couple days and I truly couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you Tony!

This is an excellent way for a speedy passport! Tony is a great guy! He is super friendly and honest. The first time I used him, my passport came a week sooner then I was expecting. When I thought I needed to use him for my husband and daughter, he said that he would love to do it, but we had plenty of time the regular way.

Tony helped me get my childrens’ passports for a trip that was booked on pretty short notice, and he far exceeded my expectations. We found out after submitting the paperwork that one of my children’s birth certificates wasn’t the right type, so I got an email from the passport office in Houston and I was in a panic thinking for sure we wouldn’t be able to go on our trip. Tony went WAY above and beyond to personally help me straighten that out, and the passport application was still processed and completed a couple of days later and in my hand the following business day!
I will never use another company for any of the services he provides, nor would I recommend going anywhere but to Tony to get these things taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and warm heart has forever made me an RSVP customer.

I went with RSVP passports due to the reviews, and Tony went above and beyond my expectations. I had my passport within 3 days even though I paid for 5 – 7 day delivery. He even hand delivered it to my office! Phenomenal customer service

Tony is the BEST! I needed a passport and a certified birth certificate in 5 days! Tony could not get my out of state birth certificate but directed me to a site that could! He then delivered exactly what he promised! A day early! Tony is professional, polite, friendly and gets the job done. He always did what he said he was going to do as far as follow up phone calls and in person meetings. I highly recommend using Tony for a seamless experience in potentially complicated, rushed situation!

I do not need an expedited passport. Why did I contact Tony at RSVPpassports? I called Tony because my passport needing research left me with dread and anxiety after calling post offices, reading sad and angry Unilocal reviews and looking up info online. This business has amazing reviews, yes, but I don’t need a passport in 2 weeks. I’m so glad I called and asked Tony for advice anyway. He gave me great info and was so polite. I’m sure he deals with burros like me everyday but his patience was solid. Coming across businesses like this one gives me faith that excellent customer service is not dead. Thank you, Tony.

I highly recommend this company. Great customer service and quick response. We are from Mexico and Tony helped us with a Chinese visa and we got it within 4 days. So he can help foreigners and speaks Spanish too.
We requested him to sign a non disclosure agreement to protect our identity so that would be my suggestion to any company you decide to go with.

I frequent alot of great local businesses– but never felt compelled to write another Unilocal review until now. My husband and I, didn’t get around to checking our passports until about 6 days before our Caribbean vacation. I discovered that my passport still had my maiden name on it, and my husband’s had water damage. I called Tony of RSVPassports upon reading all the 5 star Unilocal reviews. Tony was incredible to work with. He went above and beyond in replacing our passports– taking out the guess work of the application process, and relieved us of the headache in getting it straightened out. Just a couple of days after meeting with him, the passports were hand delivered to us at an incredibly reasonable price. I *highly* recommend his services to anyone in need to replace, renew or apply for a passport!

From then on he called me regularly to update, i never had to call him, even on hiccups he assured me he is on top of it (they made a mistake with passport data at Houston Processing Center) .
And finally passport was here in 5 days even though I paid for the 6 – 11 day fee, essentially a discount

I needed a passport within a ridiculous short period of time. Most passport places I called couldn’t help in time. Tony and team were terrific though. I had a domestic flight before heading off internationally a couple days later. Tony was able to fedex the passport to my location though and within two days of calling Tony I had passport in hand. He was great to work with though and I highly recommend him and RSVP for your passport needs.

I used RSVP Passports to get my son a new passport. Tony and his team made the process super easy. He walked me through everything I would need. Because he had done such a good job, when I met him at the courthouse, I had everything I needed. We used his medium rush service and had the passport back in just over a week, several days ahead of schedule.

This company is great. I did not need my passport right away so they explained to me how to get it done and save some money. I recommend visiting their website for forms and instructions before going to the Travis Gov office. Website matches the company name.

Tony is absolutely phenomenal! My boyfriend and I needed China visas quickly. He was willing to meet us basically anywhere, at any time. He even calmly waited for us when we were stuck in traffic. His customer service in impeccable, and he is a pleasure to do business with. He communicated with us and updated us on our visa statuses the entire time. He even gave us back money after the fact when he realized we had overpaid (most people would have pocketed the money!). We received our visas back within a week… could not have been more pleased!

I had a last minute trip to China come up so I needed to get a visa quickly. The nearest Chinese consulate is in Houston. However I had neither the time nor the inclination to make the 7 hours round trip there and get it done myself. So naturally I looked for a passport service on Unilocal and found Tony and RSVPpassports. I’ll be honest when I say I was a little bit wary at first about handing over a main form of identification to someone I don’t know. So I did as much homework as I could. I checked the reviews here and on other sites, as well as the Better Business Bureau which RSVPpassports is registered with. Everything checked out. Still, it was with some trepidation that I met up with Tony at a Starbucks near me.
Tony won me over quickly with his earnestness and enthusiasm. He answered all of my questions with candor. I decided to give him a chance. «I won’t let you down.» He said. And indeed he did not. I left my passport and relevant documents with him and went on with my day. Later that day, he emailed me the tracking number of my documents that were on their way to Houston. He then kept me updated every step of the way, from the visa application being processed, to it getting picked up by his local agent, to him receiving it back in Austin. I just met with him earlier today and picked up my new visa. Turnaround time is barely a week.
I have to say I’m very impressed with Tony’s communications throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to use his services again!

Tony was beyond helpful, i ordered a 3 – 5 days passport service, he nailed it in one day, it was way exceeds my expectation, he met with me in person (i thought i have to drive all the way down Mopac, but we ended up met at a place fairly close to my home), helped me get my first time passport. Very very helpful and cost efficient! The China visa seems like a hassle, but RSVP made it easy… and made sure that everything was in order before it was shipped to Houston to the Chinese embassy. It was turned around in less than a week.
