Roger Beasley Collision Center – South

Don’t take your car here! There are better places out there. While Some the staffs working here are friendly enough, but their manager Scott is unprofessional and really had to work with. Can’t believe how much trouble he has put me through to correct a problem they made on my car.

I took my Audi Q5 to Roger Beasley Collision South to repair my rear bumper after I got rear-​ended. I specifically chose them because they are associated with the Audi dealer from which I purchased the car. I brought it in on a Wednesday (when they told me to bring it in because they would be ready to look at it), but they didn’t even get around to assessing the damage until earliest Wednesday of the FOLLOWING week (a delay that caused my insurance-​paid rental to go over the limit by 3 days — which RBCC refused to pay for). At the same time, I had requested a quote for installing a trailer hitch while the bumper was disassembled. Each time I called about it (4+ times over a week and a half) I got the same response that they hadn’t checked with the Audi dealer yet (literally located around the corner). In the end, the work was mostly good, though two small trim pieces are starting to come loose after just a couple months, and look as though they were damaged while off the car (my car was only a couple months old when I took it in, so these pieces were definitely in like-​new condition when I brought it in). I’m definitely not going back, and definitely recommend looking elsewhere for collision repair. unless you don’t care about delays, lack of communication, and small workmanship problems.

After having a bad experience with Caliber’s on 620 (closer to me) in just getting an estimate, I was so glad that I ended up driving 20+ miles to get to the South location of Roger Beasley Collision.
They were directly across from the Mitsubishi dealership so I felt at ease that they had quick access to Mitsubishi parts/​resources. This was especially important because I am driving a 2003 vehicle of a model that isn’t made any more.
The staff that I dealt with — Andrew, Scott, and Miranda — were all super friendly and right on top of things. They were also up with technology in that they would have morning meetings and then update their customers with text messaging, which was smart so that they weren’t constantly inundated with status calls — AND I felt like I was informed of the progress in every step of the way.
I had probably complicated matters with not signing off with after market parts and insisted on Mitsubishi parts, but I knew that it is hard to find Montero vehicles in the junk yards because they have a good endurance record and it might be getting close to a difficult situation in finding Montero parts. However, these parts were structure parts and I wanted to make sure that the strength of the rear end was maintained to the standards of Mitsubishi.
They didn’t disappoint me. They followed through above and beyond their responsibility charged to them. I am truly amazed by the extra efforts that they went through to be extra diligent and on top of things. Even when picking it up, Andrew took the time to walk through all that they had done on the vehicle — not just handing me the keys and expecting me to drive off with just a nod.
Because they went far above and beyond their call of duties, I am extra motivated to driving 20+ miles to see them the next time that we ever have an issue with the car. (*knock on wood* that there isn’t another collision anytime though!)
One small thing discovered after we drove off that they had installed the rear windshield wiper upside down; however, the North location quickly stepped up to the plate and quickly fixed that minor thing. However, I cannot blame them. It was just a minor thing and it was caught before it was a huge thunderstorm that we have on occasion.
I’d definitely recommend folks to take their cars to the South (or North) location of the Roger Beasley Collision repair shops. They are high caliper folks and well worth your business!
