I wish I could give more than five stars to Robin McCall and her agency. We were referred to Robin last summer by a friend in Austin, as we were looking to make a cross– country move from New England to Texas. Robin met with us in Austin and spent the day with us sharing her vast knowledge of the local market. She kept in touch once we returned home, and contacted us immediately when the perfect house for us came on the market. We trusted her to do all of the negotiations. My first real estate transaction with Robin was in 2001 when she sold a piece of estate property in 4 days. Since then she has successfully completed several residential sales and negotiated commercial rentals. She is smart. She tells it like it is and most importantly, she knows the Austin market inside and out. One can barely drive down a single street without her telling a story about this house or that, its history and bad plumbing. She can walk in a room and her eye will immediately be drawn to any anomaly or defect that will disqualify the property. I would not buy a house without Robin. She is the best defense against other agents that do not do their jobs, sloppy inspectors and badly written contracts.
