***Beware! Beware!*** I arrived at this place looking to have my muffler inspected and fixed as it had cracked over time due to normal wear and tear and was making a loud humming sound. The guy lifter my car, had another tech look at it and called me to tell me that the whole exhaust system would need to be replaced and it would cost from $ 450 to $ 480 to do the job. I told him that was completely out of my price range to which he replied that he didn’t have to replace the entire system but only half of it and that would cost about $ 180. I told him that was still too much and his immediate reply was, «how much money do you have on you?» After talking a bit more about $ 180 being too high, he said $ 150 which was still out of my price range. He then resumed to ask me how much money was I willing to spend. We did this negotiating dance for another few minutes because at this point I realized the guy was just trying to get money and didn’t really care if my issues was resolved as long he got some money out of it. The final price he quoted me was $ 90 and told me that this would only get the noise issue resolved, to which I told him that I didn’t just want to patch the problem if I had to replace the entire system anyway. He got frustrated and then said that we didn’t have to do more negotiating since I wasn’t going to do the job anymore. I left the place feeling relieved that I didn’t get scammed into spending hundreds of dollars on a job that from the beginning didn’t need to be that expensive. I then went to another shop a friend recommended to get my issue resolved. The tech there told me that most of my exhaust system was fine except for the resonator, a job that ended up costing me $ 50 plus a $ 10 dollar tip because the guy was upfront about the issue without trying to deceive me into paying more than I needed too.
Moral of the story, when a mechanic asks you how much money do you have on you for them to fix your issue, it’s best to go somewhere else to get another quote.

Do not go to this place! I came here like 3 years ago to get brand new catalytic converter on both side on my suv. After like 6 months the check engine light came back on, i went back because i had a 1 yr warranty, they tried to tell me that it happened because i did not get a tune up, which i did! But not with them i got it somewhere else. They kept arguing about it so i got tired of not getting service. I stopped trying. Don’t go here! 1 year later i went to a different mechanic and he told me, they put some cheap parts, & not the right size! Over priced too.

The worst service possible. A friend took their car here for a simple steering wheel electrical issue. The mechanic took 4 days to fix the problem. 2 days later driving the car the steering wheel came loose and stopped working and all the dash lights. Unless you are very short on cash or want to roll the dice on your vehicle being worse off after you take it in, please save yourself the grief and go anywhere else.

Don’t Do It! You have been warned.
Of course, if you just need an inspection sticker this place will do it for you, if you are willing to pay, they really don’t care.
The mechanic left a Minute Maid juice bottle in the engine compartment. No joke.
We got the car back two days later (and $ 800 poorer) and they didn’t even bother to top off the windshield washer fluid, after claiming they’d done a comprehensive tune up and oil change. When we opened the hood we discovered the plastic juice container. Definitely could have started an engine fire.
Then, driving it back from the car wash two belts broke (one was the alternator), and wouldn’t be surprised if they sabotaged.
If all you need is a not so legit inspection sticker, then by all means, go to this place.

Skip this place. There are plenty of places in the neighborhood to support!
I went in for an inspection and they told me they couldn’t pass my car because my brakes were sounding «chunky» and that they could fix it for $ 130.
I took it to another place that said my brakes passed and they gave me my sticker.
SHADY! No wonder why they are always empty!

I stopped in for an inspection and got immediate service, waited in an air conditioned office. Everyone was friendly. No extra sales pushed on me. Installed new license plates at no extra charge. I’ll be back.

A couple of months ago, I got an estimate for a brake job that was pretty steep. I decided to see if these guys would do it because they were really close to me. The service was terrible, they didn’t call me when my car was ready and when I wandered over to see what was going on, everyone ignored me. Most of them don’t seem to speak English, which is totally cool, but at least acknowledge your customer is here. Finally I tracked down the «boss man» a shady guy who yells a lot and has a full gold grill. He charged me half of what the other estimate was, so I was willing to put up with the shitty service for that. Also, he had me write my own receipt, which I found extremely amusing. A few months later I had a bad problem with my vehicle and had to have it towed home. I had already had an estimate on it, and had ignored the problem till it was undrivable, cause I just didn’t have the money to fix it. I managed to drive it the short distance there, and I watched them put my car up on the lift incorrectly twice almost damaging the body and then the exhaust, before they simply jacked it up and crawled under it. It was so precarious I couldn’t even watch. Again, he charged me half of what the other estimate was, and I wrote my own ticket. They didn’t call me when it was ready and ignored me when I came to check on it. I just saw my car was done and the key was in it, so I found the guy and told him I was taking it, and he said it was good to go. This time, however, an emergency light was on when I got in. I took it back the next day, and he acted like he had no idea who I was. They looked at it and told me there was a connector broken and the brakes had to be redone. I told him that the brakes were still under their 90 day warranty and that light wasn’t on till they did the other repair. He argued with me that neither had anything to do with the emergency light and told me I would have to pay full price to fix the light problem. So I finally gave in. In all, I still paid a few hundred dollars less than the other estimate.
So all that is to say, it’s a shady place, the guys barely know what they are doing, the service is horrendous, but if you need it done cheap as hell, and you don’t have a choice, it’s worth the crap shoot to let them do it.

Dropped in for an inspection of my motorcycle today, and the one attendant at the site simply said — No. Wouldn’t inspect my vehicle, no reason given, other that he was too busy looking at his phone to bother with an inspection that would only get them $ 14.75. Total losers.

I came here for a state inspection with a perfectly working car. After the inspection, while driving away, I noticed my radio audio wasn’t working. I returned to the establishment and told the person working of the issue and the only «advice» or help given was a snide «did you check the volume?» The workers are too busy to ensure customer satisfaction and meet complaints with excuses and condescension. There are more reliable and satisfactory places to get your car inspected than here.

Came here to get a state inspection for my car, as the place two blocks closer to me had run out of stickers (sucks for them).
They weren’t busy and took care of me immediately. I sat on the bench out front and read my book for the 20 minutes it took them, payed, and took off. Easy!
–1 star for being gruff and a little hard to understand when I first arrived, and for the particularly bad motor oil smell that I couldn’t seem to get away from.
