Great drive through experience and did what they said they would. Not one mention of anyone’s Supervisor (and that in it self is a very good sign) !!!

Sad the company I work for has been coming here quite some time. We dropped off the same thing we drop off every few weeks and this past time they were late. We missed an event because they left it at their off site facility that does their actually dry cleaning. I was advised we would get a credit for next time. Figures that person didn’t leave a note at all on our account. They refused to honor a $ 9 credit. Bad business. The person said it must have been old management that promised the credit and it wasn’t noted or honored.

Compared to pricing across the street at J.B. (which by the way is horrible AND horribly expensive) the service is better than average and the pricing is wonderful! I agree with the other reviewer that I would not take a wedding dress or the like here, but I do take my husbands and my clothes here and I have never had a problem at all. A++

Decent laundry services for the price.
Rick’s Cleaners has pretty aggressive pricing. I’m not sure I’d take nice clothes there, but for normal dress shirts and slacks (I hate ironing), it will work.
For the longest time, they didn’t take credit cards, but they do now!
