Specialties

Dr. Rita Castriotta, owner of Restorative Touch Chiropractic, is passionate about restoring optimal vitality and health through chiropractic adjustments, Quantum Neurology, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Nutritional Response Testing (NRT), detox protocols, and massage therapy.

Chiropractic care is an extremely safe and effective modality for reducing pain and restoring function without the use of drugs or surgery. Dr. Rita specializes in manual adjustments as well and table and instrument-assisted adjustments. She is also a licensed massage therapist.

Dr. Rita incorporates Quantum Neurology, a type of light therapy, to dramatically speed up nerve healing and increase function. And she designs specific nutritional and detox protocols to support the body in the healing process.

Dr. Rita is certified in Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), a highly effective stress reduction technique that eliminates often deeply-buried stress, allowing the body to heal and the mind to find peace.

History

Established in 2013.

Restorative Touch Chiropractic was born out of a dream to provide affordable yet exceptional health care that addresses the often overlooked mind-body connection. Dr. Rita firmly believes that stress is at the bottom of all disease, but that stress can come in many forms, including: structural imbalances (of the spine and muscles), nutritional imbalances or deficiencies, toxic buildup, and emotional stress manifesting as physiological imbalances. Dr. Rita believes in taking a truly holistic approach to healthcare to get to the root of imbalances, remove interference, and allow the body to heal.
