Specialties

Serving Austin and the surrounding area to meet the CPR AED and First Aid training needs of non-healthcare providers, as well as BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) training for healthcare providers. We also have courses designed for the general community. Our instructors are credentialed through the American Heart Association® (AHA) and the American Academy of Pediatrics® (AAP).

Business Owner

LynAnne first entered the healthcare field as an EMT. She continued her passion for healthcare by becoming a Registered Respiratory Therapist with a specialty in neonatal/pediatrics over 17 years ago. Over the subsequent years, she has directly seen the benefits of various resuscitation training classes, in and out of the hospital. Always a teacher, she decided to branch out and bring her passion for healthcare, teaching, and the community together. LynAnne brings real-life experience to teaching for real-life with AHA and AAP courses. LynAnne is also a member of ACTE.

Just ah-mazing! LynAnne and Bill were so helpful and worked with my schedule. Loved all the support even before my skills check off for NRP. Then we met for the skills check off, 1-on-1 teaching. I got to ask all my questions even the silly ones. LynAnne was so patient and helpful! I totally recommend them to everyone!

I could not have better things say about these guys! Long story short I needed NRP certification ASAP and they were able to squeeze me in within a couple days. My skills checkoff ended up being one-on– one and just perfectly thorough! I’ve had NRP for 8 years and just let mine lapse … LynAnne (the instructor) Didnt bog down my time with old NRP info, yet, focused on the new changes once she could assess my general understanding of NRP. My favorite statement that rang through my certification was «This is your skills check-off, let me know if you need anything (reinforcement)». They provide a very welcoming educating environment evident with years of experience. Use Response: Critical, you won’t be dissapointed.

I needed an NRP recert at the last minute and these guys were awesome. I was going to pay $ 60 for the book, and they told me no. Not only did they have a spare book, but he offered to deliver it if It would help. Two days later him and his wife met me at a local church and knocked it out. She was an awesome educator who relayed the perfect amount of info. She Included the details, but not everyyyyyy detail, meaning my time was spent learning and not wasted. I’m a TNCC instructor, and learned a lot from her style as well.
