After a rather pleasant night of sleep I woke to no hot water and could not shower for my meeting. WTF??? When I spoke with management they blew me off… I’m also a Marriot Rewards member but that didn’t matter either. I can find a less expensive place to lay my head for business trips in the future and spend my monies with a company that cares.

Stayed here for a conference and had a wonderful time. The conference was inside the hotel so all the activities and meals were in the hotel. The design isn’t extremely modern as the main floor of the hotel seems to be on the older side. However the open high ceiling and the way the rooms circle the main plaza/lobby generates a beautiful, bright, and refreshing view. The hotel is quiet at night and located in a shopping center, close to Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and other chain restaurants. There’s also a Starbucks inside the hotel in the café. It is a Marriott chain, and although not in downtown Austin, close enough to take a taxi or über into the city for nightlife entertainment. I would def return and stay again!

What a wonderful experience at this hotel! I will definitely return! The only problem was the Marriott rewards were not added as requested. The junior suite was spacious and inviting however I microwave which seemed odd. The hotel décor was modern and the lobby was gorgeous

So far, my vote for best Happy Hour in North Austin. Huge, outdoor deck with a great view and a gas fireplace. Lots of high tops and standing room tables. Easy to get to via Jollyville Road. Plenty of parking. Enjoyed their spinach artichoke dip that was chock full of hearts. Queso and chips were great as were the smoked chicken rolls.
