This one is really bad, don’t use the internet from this company, the first time they help me to open that, it delayed me about 1 weeks, right now, the internet haven’t work until Saturday. Always always delay

My review is of their phone repair services. I took my phone into them for a screen replacement. They held onto my phone for over a month and would never call me back when I tried to figure out what was going on. When they did pick up the phone, they always gave me the run-​around and said it would be ready that day and they would call me when it was done. They said this for weeks but would never call back.
I finally had to just show up at the store and basically say I wasn’t leaving without my phone and my deposit back before I got some sort of action from them. They admitted that they could not fix the phone but said they had already bought the new part so they couldn’t give me my deposit back. They ended up giving me a credit towards a new phone for my deposit and a discount on top of that which was better than nothing.
I give them 2 stars rather than 1 because they did give me a loaner phone while they had mine and the price they quoted for the original repair was the best I had been quoted. If only they had been more upfront in their dealings it would have been a much better experience.

I recently lost my Clear device and since Clear is now brought by Sprint they are not selling those devices anymore or any other outlets. I almost gave up till on my way back from Walmart I came across this place and decided to give it a shot. THEY HAD THE CLEAR DEVICE IN STOCK. They were more than happy to sell it to me but they also explained me that since this company doesnt exist anymore why its not a good idea to stick with it. He showed me different plans from t-​mobile etc. For now I sticked with my Clear but in future if I ever want to get any information regarding any of this stuff Im going back to Primo. They had all kind of phone accessories and stuff too. Pretty cool place and pretty good service. Highly recommend it guys.

I was very pleased with this store. Their customer service was extremely friendly, and I bought myself a nice Samsung S4 for much cheaper than I could find at other places. Will definitely be visiting here whenever I have cellphone troubles.

The guys here made it their job to walk me though the pros and cons of every option available. I was extremely pleased with the way they spent so much time with me, addressing all my concerns very patiently. To top it all they also offered me an amazing, cheap deal.
They offer cell phone repairs, laptop repairs, phones, unlocking, flashing, Internet and phone connections. You name it, they will have a solution for you. A friend of mine recently wanted to unlock his phone. I advised him to visit this place and he was equally happy since he got his work done in no time at all.
I often go there to pay my Internet bills. Always a pleasure to meet the owners. They go out of the way to greet and accommodate their customers.
