HCER was a pleasure to work with for my 160-​person outdoor wedding reception. From my initial inquiry to the followup emails, I worked with one person, Devon, who was extremely helpful. I probably changed my reservation 6 times throughout the process, and Devon was able to send me an updated bid within minutes of me requesting a change (seriously, like 5 minutes.) I wasn’t present for setup /​tear-​down, but our wedding coordinator had good things to say about the crew’s punctuality and professionalism.
The only mistake made by them was their failure to deliver a galvanized tub for drinks (a detail I had no idea we were missing until the next day.) Devon was quickly able to refund the amount we paid for the tub. This mistake was overshadowed by everything else mentioned above (hence the 5 stars.)
All in all, a wonderful experience.

This operation is first class. From the beginning to the end everything went perfectly. They recently helped provide the seating for a beautiful outside wedding. The chairs were in excellent condition. Most importantly, the man who delivered and picked up the chairs was a pleasure to work with. He was on time and professional. Although we had turned in a diagram of how we wanted the chairs, he patiently worked with us and showed us a much better way to seat the people which made the wedding all the better. He very unobtrusively brought in the chairs and retrieved them immediately after the wedding. This was helpful because our venue was closing shortly after the wedding.
My family and I are grateful for the good service and cannot recommend this rental business highly enough.
