I ordered from this place at 1100pm on a Tuesday night; there aren’t many options at that time, in fact for me this was the only one. My expectations were pretty low and so I wasn’t disappointed. Its serviceable food. You could easily do better if you bothered to go the the grocery store and buy a decent frozen pizza but then again sometimes you’re just being *that* lazy. I definitely would not order if there were any other options available, but they deserve the three stars for their late hours on a weekday.

I order by phone at 2am, they told me 45 to 60 min. 90 min my pizza is not here, I call to refund they keep hanging the phone, keep calling and ask for them to listen and not hang up and they just say, pizza in the way, good bye. What kind of service is this!?? Terrible ! I still want my refund !

This place is a joke. We arrived at our hotel around 12:15 and we were assuming this was a good place since it was recommended by the hotel’s front desk. Anyways, we called around 12:30am and we were told it is going to take an hour. It is currently 2:09 and still pizza delivery. Womp womp. Keep your pizza.

Good pizza. Pepperoni pizza is on point! Service is a bit annoying… took me a long time to order because the person answering the phones could not understand me. When he arrives he’s at the totally wrong address… like WAY off. Short story, pick up — don’t do delivery.

I have to rank one star, otherwise it would be ZERO!!! We should have known with the crappy rating not to order from here but we were starving and from out of town. We Ordered a pizza while on vacation in Austin and after 1 ½ hours till hadn’t received it and they didn’t know when it was coming. Naturally I canceled the order and the guy working was very understanding and said our credit card would be refunded. Fast forward two weeks later and our refund still hadn’t been processed. I called to straighten out the transaction and the Indian man on the phone was so incredibly RUDE! Hollering at me that he «Doesn’t work for free» and refused to refund my money because they had«no guarantee for deliveries» What completely atrocious customer service. We never even receive our pizza, yet were expected to pay the $ 22AVOIDATALLCOSTS!

If there was a way to give them zero stars I would. I’m a flight attendant. My crew and I got in late so we didn’t have very many options to choose from. We decided to order some pizza. They told us it would be about 45 mins which we accepted. After about an hour we asked the ETA and they said it would be arriving soon. Another 15 mins go by and still no pizza with the ETA being«any time now». After waiting over 90 mins with no clear answer and no pizza we decide to cancel the order. We have to work the next day and can’t be waiting around for a(probably cold now) pizza. If I ever have to pass through Austin I will NEVER give business to this place ever again. I will also be sure to NOT recommend business to any of my co-workers or friends who will be here.

Staying at a local hotel and wanted to have pizza delivered. The front desk at the hotel suggested this place. So I called and placed an order. I was told that it would be 45 – 60 minutes, which is about right. I ordered @1130 pm and didn’t get my delivery until 0120 am. And they forgot the 2 liter of soda I ordered but charged me for it anyways. When I said something to the driver he said they were out and he pulled $ 2 out of his wallet. I told him that this is being shady and he proceeded to start arguing with me in an unprofessional manner. The food was cold and tasted terrible. If I could I would have given this place no stars. Stay away.

Arrived late at my hotel last night and they suggested this place. Placed my order at 12:23am and was told it was going to be «over an hour»…usually that’s not a problem, but it should have raised a red flag. I called back at 2am and was told there’s only one driver, but he’s only 15 – 20 minutes away. Ugh! He showed up at 3:15am…just under 3 hours!!! Food was ice cold and mgr wouldn’t take ANYTHING off the price because, of course, how could«I» have been inconvenienced in any way? I refused the order, but had it on my credit card. Why do I get the feeling that I’m going to dispute this charge with my bank in a few days? Steer clear of this place!!!

This place is so strange and mysterious that i recommend you try it once. Just once though because the food is horrible. You’ve got to elect pick-up in-store for the full effect. You might be tempted by some of the interesting menu options like fish masala, samosas or a full range of Greek specialties. Just get a pizza and count yourself lucky if you don’t get sick.

Today was my first time trying this place. I had just left work at 12AM, so I did not call ahead. First impression of customer service was awesome. The older couple who appeared to be the owners were extremely nice. I felt like I wasn’t just another guest. Their menu selections are great. They offer Italian, Asian, and other ethnic styles. I would have never guessed. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted with all the choices, but they never made me feel rushed. The lady kept calling me by my name, and that really made an impression. I stated to them that I was going to wait in my car, and the man offered me a complimentary water. Again, nice touch. That really made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The wait was only 10 minutes, which is not bad at all. A large 2 topping Pizza was only $ 9. Very good prices overall. As I took my Pizza, I asked for some Ranch dressing which they normally charge for. As I reached for my wallet, the man tells me to put my wallet away. They gave it to me for free. Granted, it was only $ 1, it was the thought that counted. The pie itself was very delicious. I simply ordered pepperoni and jalapeño toppings, but they had other combo options which I considered. They gave me complimentary pepper and parmisan cheese without me having to ask. The quality was on point. I am really curious as to how the rest of their food tastes. I work mostly evenings, and I will probably be visiting this place more often. They did everything right.

I totally agree with Kara. I am working in Austin for a week and since it’s cold I ordered in. I should have reviewed this before I ordered. I placed my order at 6:30 and they said to give them about 45 minutes. However, when I asked for the chicken alfredo, the person on the phone had to ask cook because he was new. So, 45 minutes pass, then an hour. I call and I was told the driver is 10 mins away. Another 30 minutes passed and I called again only to hear same response! Finally at 8:40 the driver arrived and when I opened my bag and saw the worse appearance I have seen in my life! The food was cold, watered down and had no flavor! I would never recommend them!

There aren’t a whole lot of options for late night pizza in Austin. When I first saw so many one star reviews I was a bit worried, but then I noticed that the vast majority of those reviews we because of delivery problems, so I simply ordered it for pickup instead.(I have found over the years that it is faster, easier and cheaper to just pick up pizza, so I only order delivery if I have no option.) The pizza was pretty good. I mean, it won’t win any contests but honestly it was not bad at all.(I am a New Yorker so I am picky about my pizza.) Is this the best pizza in the world? No. But honestly for the price and after midnight it was not bad at all. I will definitely go back.

Avoid this place! If I could give negative stars I would give this place a negative five stars!!! They quoted us 45 minutes to an hour and the pizza took over 2 hours! The owner hung up on me when I asked for confirmation the order was being delivered. They made sure to charge my credit card first thing after ordering and refused to compensate for waiting double the time we quoted. I WISH I READTHEPREVIOUSBEFOREORDERING… This is the worst customer service and food I’ve ever experienced. Starve before ordering here.

The wait was long and we had to call them back to see what was going on. The guy said the cook hadnt shown up and he was the only one filling orders. Our pizza did arrive 15 minutes later like he said with a free salad for the wait. It was worth it, best Pizza Ive eaten. Forgot to note on the pics, that is the stuffed cheese crust.

I like this place a lot. They are open really really late. Every night of the week. They make all kinds of pizza. I mean all kinds. Also do Chinese food. Tacos. Burgers. Sandwiches. Wow! Yes. All of this can be ordered as late as 5am, weekends and 3am, week nights. I am comfy giving 5 star review here BC. There simply are no other choices for dining, at this kind of late night hours. There is nowhere else to go. And I really do like their pepperoni pizza!
