Dr. Piazza and his staff were amazing! The entire time you are there you feel relaxed and the doctor and staff really listen and understand you. I had a breast reduction done and Dr. Piazza really did an incredible job. Both of my breasts are completely even as well as super perky, round and beautiful! He will not make your breasts ugly or flat, ever, which is so nice to know since some of the other doctors around will. I had some healing issues and the staff was so nice and helpful when I kept calling and asking questions. They were great at getting me appointments and making sure I was healing correctly. I trusted the team over at the Piazza center completely and am so glad I decided to go with them for my surgery. I would recommend them to everyone out there!

Dr. Piazza and his staff are truly experts in their field. I had been wanting and considering a breast augmentation for years, but it wasn’t until I got engaged that I realized how important it was to me to do it now. After a good deal of research online for the best cosmetic surgeons in Austin, I ended up scheduling a consultation here and at another central Austin practice.
My consult at the other practice was scheduled first and I left feeling really happy with what I heard and excited about pursuing the surgery. The other place seemed great until I had my consultation with Dr. Piazza. His technical knowledge and attention to detail far surpassed that of the other doctor I met with. He took detailed measurements of my current breast size (the other doctor didn’t take any) and listened intently to what my vision was for my ideal breasts. He made recommendations based on my desired outcome (which were quite different than the recommendations from the other office.) He answered all of my and my fiancé’s questions about the procedure and outcome and explained everything in great detail.
Dr. Piazza took all the time we needed and never appeared to be in a rush. He was equally thorough and caring throughout the entire process; from surgery day to every post-​op appointment. Not only that, but he is truly an artist. The result is exactly what I wanted; fuller and more proportionate breasts that still look natural. All of my friends agree that he did an amazing job. I can’t recommend Dr. Piazza and his entire office enough. They should be at the top of your list for any cosmetic procedure.

Dr. Piazza and his entire staff are caring, professional, and amazing at what they do. You immediately feel welcomed into his beautiful office by his staff, you feel cared for and listened to by each and every staff member. I am so impressed by Donna, Hayley, Anayeli, and Kristin who treat me wish such care and respect each time I see them. I am in the middle of breast reconstruction (due to cancer) and am so pleased I was referred to Dr. Piazza by my best friend and several other physicians. He is fantastic and I would refer him to anyone and everyone.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Piazza and his staff! From the first phone call to Donna and Karen, the first meeting with Dr. Piazza, meetings with Kristin, & Hayley I just couldn’t be more impressed with their sincerity and positivity. Dr. Piazza has such an incredible team in his office and at the surgical center. I absolutely believe that they all contributed to my healing so well. They all took such great care of me through every twist and turn. I just cannot say enough about them and consider them all forever friends. Amazing Doctor, staff, and just great human beings!

50 yr old, sun lover, no sunscreen and never took care of my skin.
I first started going to this clinic to get laser hair removal. I then started using the TNS skin care line (awesome stuff). They usually have deals where if you buy a package of skin care products you get free peel’s. Sam and Jennifer (skin care ladies) are so talented and wonderful caring people. I cannot thank these ladies enough. Just from the peel’s and TNS my wrinkles have been disappearing.
Then I had Dr. Piazza remove a scar that I had, with bad memories. I cannot even see the new scar. He did a magnificent job, that bad memory is gone now.
Then Dr. Piazza had a benefit for Breast Cancer. I won 50 units of Botox and a filler product. After Hayley administered these 2 products I instantly was able to see better. My right eye has drooped because of having Bell’s Palsey 13 yrs ago. Hayley opened my eyes so to speak. I am able to see better it is so amazing. It is now day 5 after botox and the 11’s between my eyes are so much smoother. Hayley did a magnificent job she lifted my right eye and I look even again. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I actually cried. I was not aware of my eye drooping so much. She is a true artist with these products.
They have given me my beauty back. My confidence back and most importantly my vision back.
I highly recommend these group of people. They are professional, kind, caring and they do magnificent work. I will continue to use their skin care products, peels and botox. I wish yall could see my before and after photos. Together they have transformed me. Thank you Dr. Piazza, Sam, Hayley and Jennifer, yall are awesome!!!

Dr Piazza is great. I had 2 injuries that needed immediate attention. When I went to the hospital the firs time, they were not able to see me. I found the Piazza Center on my phone and they got me in right away. The scar from my split eyebrow is barely noticeable.
Second time I called because of my first experience. Again, time was made to see me and service was excellent. Thanks so much for the reliable service.

So pleased with this Doctor and his wonderful staff. I think all of us have come across sour medical staff most of the time we step into an office; unfortunately, in spite of the money you are paying, PS office staff are often not the exception either.
Fortunately that was not the case at Dr. Piazza’s! From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and treated respectfully throughout the entire process. One of his young female assistants was a little hard to read, but I was there to consult about a medical procedure, not make friends so who really cares.
The Doctor was very thorough and spent a LOT of time with me, patiently answering questions and giving me more attention and consideration than my consultations with other Doctors.
If I had concerns, he was able to provide me visible, tangible evidence or email me all kinds of medical journals and studies to read up on. What instilled most of my confidence in him was his intent to give me what I want without allowing the ideal result I imagined to work against me when applied practically. I appreciated that I felt listened to, but looked after at the same time.
Although the other doctors I consulted with had more experience (don’t get me wrong, Dr. Piazza still had more than enough experience for me to feel comfortable), I have cancelled my other two consultations and decided to go with him for the procedure because he was by far the most thorough and considerate.
This is important to me because:
1 — In my experience, the bedside manner of the doctor dictates the quality of handling any complications or questions after the procedure. You should never feel like you have to jump through hoops with your doctor!
2 — Surgery is scary and I want to be seen as a human being! Not just a number. I hate being temporarily out of control under anesthesia so trust is KEY.
Its also worth mentioning that I was fairly pleased once I received the quote for my procedure. In my opinion it wasn’t so cheap that I would question his abilities nor so needlessly bloated that I felt taken advantage of. They will be getting a call from me to schedule, soon.

I have been going to Dr. Piazza for the past year or more for chemical peels. I had some brown age spots and a large birth mark show up on my forehead and set up a consultation. I immediately started peels and using their skin care and it looks AMAZING! I do not even have to wear makeup any longer because the spots have dramatically faded. I enjoy coming in for my appointments with Samantha and the entire office staff makes you feel so comfortable.
In a year or so, I am planning on a breast aug and I will only go to Dr. Piazza!

When I decided to pursue breast augmentation, I went online.
I read reviews, and looked at tons of pictures – from surgeons in Austin, and all over the country (there are some great PS options in Vegas!), and I chose Dr. Piazza based on what I read, and what I saw.
First, the gallery images on the website looked really good. One of the things I learned during the time I spent obsessively looking at pre-​op/​post-​op pics was that a boob-​job does not pretty boobs make. Wonky small boobs can become wonky bigger boobs. What stood out to me about the work showcased in the Piazza photo gallery was that the results were all good – as in, even wonky boobs looked better. The other aspect I liked was that for the most part, these augmentations looked natural. The post-​op boobs could «pass» for real ones, especially under clothes. This was important to me.
So I sent an email, and heard back from the doctor himself within 24 hours. Karen was pleasant when she took over the conversation to get me scheduled for a consultation.
When I arrived, Karen welcomed me, and I loved her immediately. She’s sweet, and always smiling. Next, I met nurse Hayley. Nurse Hayley is wonderful. She paid close attention to what I was saying, asked good questions, and really made an effort to understand what I wanted to do.
Next, Dr. Piazza came in. Disclaimer: he has sparkling blue eyes that are very distracting. Just want to prepare you. We discussed again the things that nurse Hayley and I talked about, and then we went through a series of images while he discussed the potential risks and rewards of augmentation, along with a range of options to meet my desired outcome.
During all this, I felt comfortable with Dr. Piazza – asking questions and getting answers, setting expectations for results. And then, with the help of nurse Hayley, we tried on boobs. That’s not what they call it, but that’s what it is.
When I saw myself in the mirror, saw the redefined lines of my silhouette, I was stunned and thrilled. I booked my surgery that day.
Just two weeks later I had my BA surgery at Seton. The entire Seton staff are beyond good. They were personable, kind, and thoughtful. Every moment I was in their hands I felt confident in their care, and they even made me laugh. Dr. Piazza saw me before the surgery for a pep talk, and to make some marks, and his positivity was infectious. When I woke up, there was a smiling nurse by my side instantly, and shortly after that, Dr. Piazza was there again to follow-​up. Everything looked great.
The surgery was about two months ago, and I’ve had many follow-​up appointments since. The staff is amazing. Dr. Piazza is really good at what he does. I love the way I look, and I’d trust the team to do it all over again.

When I was 18, I had a boyfriend tell me I had «such a cute double chin!». Since then I’ve been extremely self-​conscious about that area and have spent 20 years obsessing, researching and interviewing doctors to make it go away. I’m a super-​control freak, and have been reluctant to let anyone cut up my face for fear of a hideous mistake like you see on those TLC shows.
A few months ago, a good friend of mine sent me a text that said, «I did it!». I knew immediately what she was referring to, as she and I had discussed wanting to fix our chins for years. My first question was, «Where did you go?» and she answered Dr. Piazza. I waited a few weeks after her surgery to check the results, and as soon as I laid eyes on her, I called Dr. Piazza to make my appointment. (Yes, basically I guinea-​piged my friend, but she looks amazing!)
Every interaction I’ve had with the staff and doctor has been professional, informative, and put my fears to rest. At no time before the surgery was I afraid or anxious about the procedure or the results, and although I’m only 1 week post-​surgery, I’m already THRILLED with the results. Dr. Piazza said it may take up to a year to see the final transformation, but even swelled up and covered in bruises, I can still see a dramatic difference. I highly recommend Dr. Piazza, and I was extremely pleased with his pricing, which was ½ the cost I was anticipating. If you’ve been putting off taking care of yourself, 2013 is the year to get things done!

Guys do get Bo-​Tox and if they’re going to get it done, they should go to see Hayley at Dr. Piazza’s office. I don’t know anywhere else in town where they photograph you before the procedure and then again afterwards. And it’s not to take pictures to show off how pretty I am. It’s to create a map of my face so that when the achieved results happen, they know where to use the product in the future. It’s the little things that make a big difference.

I don’t even know where to start on the things I love about Dr. Piazza, Hailey, Sarah, Stephanie, and every other employee I’ve gotten to know over the past year.
I actually started out going here because of a Living Social deal that I got for laser hair removal. Stephanie is their aesthetician, and she’s just precious. She always made me feel very comfortable and at home during my appointments. Quick and painless. I was very happy with the results, as well.
Fast forward about 8 months and after having lost 80lbs, my breasts had done a disappearing act and in their place, I was left with what looked like a couple of tube socks hanging from my chest. I just turned 27, and after working so hard to lose weight and have my body look a certain way, it was very disappointing to look in the mirror and see breasts that I just wasn’t happy with.
There wasn’t anything I could do diet or activity wise that would correct it so I started thinking about getting a lift and augmentation. My mom works in the medical field so I had her ask her nurses who they would recommend. They mentioned two very well-​known doctors here in Austin. I went and had a consultation with one of them, and while I knew I wanted to do the procedure… I just didn’t have a good feeling about doing it with that particular doctor.
I waited about a month before I finally decided I’d go for a consultation at Piazza. Up until this point I’d only had contact with Stephanie and Sarah because I was just going for laser hair removal and facials. The day of my appointment, Dr. Piazza’s nurse, Hailey, was on vacation, so he did my entire consultation by himself. I immediately loved him and felt at ease. He’s so precious sweet and I really felt like even though we had just met, he would have my best interest at heart throughout the entire process. His consultation was much more thorough and informational than the one I had been to previously, and by the time we were finished with his diagnosis (I would need a lift + augmentation), I told him to just send me an estimate (I already knew I wanted to have him perform it) by email because my lunch hour was up! Not only was his pricing very competitive… he was willing to do the same procedure the other doctor had recommended, but in a way that I was happier with (less scaring).
The entire surgery experience was wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for people who were more attentive or calming at SW Seton, and as always, Dr. Piazza and Hailey were there to answer any of my questions… and I really just felt like two of my really good friends were about to be fixing my breasts. It doesn’t get any better than that.
There were some issues with the pharmacy I had chosen at one point (not filling my meds like they were supposed to, TWICE!), but Dr. Piazza was on the phone immediately to fix the issue. I have already been back for my post-​op appointment and things are going just as planned.
My breasts are BEAUTIFUL. My mom saw them in the hospital when he came in to show them to me, and she said even with the «wounds» and bruising they were already gorgeous. I finally feel like my body looks the way I wanted it to, and I wouldn’t have been able to feel that way without Dr. Piazza’s help. I love these guys, and while I don’t plan on having any other cosmetic procedures (any time soon), I do plan on staying in touch.
