I can help you lose a few waist sizes, gain muscle mass/​cut and tone, run a marathon, and assist with any physical rehabilitation you may need. I can also guide you towards a specific nutrition plan that is perfect for achieving your goals.

Business Owner

John started training people during his senior year in high school when one of his teachers asked for some extra help with her running. So everyday after school they worked out at the track and the gym. After a few months had gone by, his first client had gone from running .5 miles to running her first half marathon. A staggering change. Following high school, John went to the United States Air Force Academy where he trained and went to school for a few months. Upon leaving the Academy, he got a job at a LA Fitness in Dallas as one of the managers over the Personal Training Department. He then left that gym to work for a chiropractic clinic as the exercise specialist there until he moved to Austin in the summer of 2014 where he began attending the University of Texas and working as a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. It is from there that Personal Training ATX has become a reality.
