History

Established in 2013.

Paradigm Consulting was established in October 2013 by ontological coaches Kelly Atwood and Devonne Johnson in Santa Cruz, CA. In May 2014, the business expanded into Austin, TX.

Kelly A.

Business Owner

With grace, calm, wisdom and love, Kelly brings a special capability to her coaching. Her extensive work in grief counseling has gained her access to a deeper connection to self. Coaching fulfills her lifelong purpose to inspire, to love, and to transform. Her clients have successfully launched new businesses from pipe dreams, and made dramatic transformations in their place in the world. Kelly’s experience and background is multifaceted, including empowering homeless communities and impoverished youth in Memphis, studying viticulture and spiritual midwifery, and working as a makeup artist on movie sets. She has an AA in International Relations from Northern Essex Community College, a BA in Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has worked extensively with the Landmark Education Curriculum. Her training in ontological consulting was done with Hans Phillips of Being University.
