Breakup Recovery Now is a phone support line devoted exclusively to helping people find freedom from their breakup struggles. When you are suffering from a breakup, you need someone to talk to who will support you through this difficult time. We wanted to create a space for you to be able to share your relationship problems comfortably and openly with a sense of freedom and lack of self consciousness. Our coaches are there to listen and help you, not judge you. We are waiting for your call and will give you all the time you need to talk, sob, shout or just think. Nothing is too personal. It’s an opportunity to look at your situation in a different way with someone who will respect and honor you through your entire healing process. 100% private and confidential.

Crista is a Breakup Recovery and Relationship Coach. She is founder of Breakup Recovery Now. She is also founder of Love Your Boyfriend, a website devoted to love and relationship advice. Thousands of women around the world have sought out her advice on a daily basis.

She created Breakup Recovery Now to help you approach your healing from a breakup in a healthy way and to help you learn how to survive a breakup with grace and ease. She realizes the importance of having someone in your life who will listen to you as you heal from your breakup. She doesn’t want anyone to have to face this traumatic event alone.
