Pretty good. My lunch or dinner spot in Kyle. Fresh rice and veggies. The chicken dishes are fattening, but taste good. The teriyaki grilled chicken is best. It’s fast food.

Drive thru takes forever. The food is good but the drive-thru sucks. It’s easier and faster to just go in.

Normally this place is ok, but today was nice. My husband and I stopped by and weren’t expecting super awesome service. Today though was different… One of the guys that works here(forgot to ask his name sadly) was very friendly and customer oriented. I asked for extra of some broccoli and he went above and beyond. He was great and the service and food was good.

My boyfriend and I decided to have a cheat meal«fast food» since we have been dieting for Halloween. We decided to stop here and ordered 2 of the 2 entrée meals both with orange chicken and Beijing beef. Mind you we live in buda, so imagine our disappointment after the drive from slaughter to buda drooling for our cheat meal and we see beef and broccoli. No biggie! I decided to call and let them know their mistake. Again, imagine my disappoint to find out that after 7 calls and no one picks up. Okay, maybe I have a faulty number, right? Wrong, I called Kyle Panda and that indeed was the correct number ANDKYLEPANDACALLEDSLAUGHTERPANDA3 times for me. Sad that a chain company can’t even answer their fellow chains call Extremely disappointed! Not worth another visit or our money!

I like their food here well enough and my order has always been correct. My only issue with this place is the ridiculous amount of time I have to wait in the drive through line. The staff are usually nice though.

I ordered food here and was SO disappointed with the quality and quantity of food. They gave me about four tiny pieces of meat(very small and tasted as bland as cardboard) and the rest of the plate was filled with below average rice. I also ordered an egg roll and it was disgusting. How do you mess up an egg roll? Seriously, don’t spend your money here.

This used to be our go to, but they have really missed the mark the past two of the last three times we have been there. Not having all of the menu items, long wait times, and forgetting to include ordered items has left us disappointed two of the three times in the past in the past two months. It appears the drive thru is where these issues most come up.

I like Panda Express, but this location is hit or miss. They seem to be prompt during irregular meal times, but at 7PM everyone seems to move as slow as possible. I literally finished my meal before 5 people were served. Scoop the food, put it on the plate, and charge me. Definitely need to remove the word express from this location. Why does this take well over 5 min?! My food was nearly room temp after waiting so long to pay. They clearly had an adequate amount of employees. Also, use the shades on your windows! It was incredibly hot bc of the sun light.

Food has gotten better since they first opened. I went once and it was terrible stopped going for about a year. Tried it again and was impressed with the difference… so food had gotten a lot better. Only problem I have is that they always run out of condiments and food. I mean its not rocket science, you do inventory and figure out how much of what you are selling/using and you make sure you order enough and if you run out you order more or get some from another store and pay them back when you get your order in. Well that’s what I would do to make sure customers have everything they want to buy available at all times. I understand condiments are free but that doesn’t make them any less important than a food item. Seems every time I go they are out of something. sometimes even a specific food choice. seems to me that when it gets late in the night they don’t want to cook anymore and rather miss out on sales or force people to change their choice of food so they run out of what is available and that way they don’t cook anything else. and or waste. I am personally pretty tired of going there and not being able to buy what I want because their manager doesn’t know how to order enough or doesn’t really care if they run out… So every time I feel like Panda express from now on I just remind myself that they probably don’t have what I want or the chili sauce/paste and just save me the trouble and go somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to inconsistency… They need a new manager or one that does their job all the time!!!

This is drive-thru fast food Asian food all the way. It is the traditional American Asian food and it is great! For a great price you can get a bowl with 1 entrée and side or and plate with 2 entrees and a side. My most recent visit I got half chow mein and half fried rice(you can do this and it is not on the menu), orange chicken and the pineapple spicy and sweet chicken with an egg roll. It was all delicious and filling. I like that you can see the coolers that they keep all the veggies and ingredients in. It looked very clean and organized. The kitchen is open, which gives it nicer feel too. If you are in the area and craving for some good Asian food — stop here!

I want to dislike this place, because it’s a chain, but they really do a great job of keeping the restaurant clean. The food is consistent with good quality and flavor. The service can be a little hit or miss, but over all, better rather than worse. Today I had to wait for an egg roll and the cashier offered me a complimentary soda while I wait. It’s those little things that make the difference.

Is this airport food? I was laughing so hard at the way it was presented to me and the tiny portions that I could hardly speak. They totally confused me first with the two entrée thing and once I got that cleared I received the bag of food at a low price and headed home. I sat down and unbaged the order I noticed my beef and greens were not there. So I ate the egg rolls so they wouldn’t get cold upon my return. Yuck! I was giggling again they were just awful! so I took a swig of iced-t and it was the worst ever! Now I’m in hysterics this is beyond the beyond. Upon finishing my egg rolls I left the steamed rice at home and headed back to PE. The girl at the drive thru was nice and looked at my receipt and said they didn’t even put my order in right(hence the low price) she gave me a box. A box… the worlds smallest box. I have never seen food come in a box that small in my life. I quizzed her and she said that’s what the order was and the next one up was a $ 10 box. I had my small breed dog with me and just told her I give it to the dog as a treat and I was off to find real food for adults, have a great night. I promptly left with a fixed grin on my face from one of the worst fast food experiences ever and I use to travel for a living. I’ve seen it all… I thought. Don’t go here, I don’t know what made me in the first place but, if you read this and it sways you to avoid, victory is yours because anything is better than this.

The boys and I stop in here on evenings we are on our own. The food is fresh, the place is clean, and the staff isn’t put off by children and their messes. I always order the same thing: mixed veggies in a bowl with chicken kung pow … and it’s fabulous.

Panda Express on Slaughter gets four stars since it is consistently good, fairly priced and the people that work there are hard working and nice. I do not go to the drive through so I don’t know if that is efficient or not. It’s one of my work lunch hangouts and though their selection isn’t huge there are always a couple items that are enticing.

I love this location compared to the one on William Cannon(near Mopac) and the one in the mall. This one always gives good amounts of your order. They’ve been scrimping on the beef in the broccoli beef lately, but usually they are pretty good. My boyfriend always gets a large order of orange chicken and they pack that thing as full as possible! Even though this location is farther from me than the william cannon one, it’s worth it. The service is better, and the amount in the orders are better. Plus, the food is usually fresher. Stay away from the drive-thru. It seems that at any location, the drive-thru service is pretty poor. Go inside. It’s worth it to get better service!

This is one of my fiancé and I’s favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh and delicious at every location we visit. We can always count on the food being just as good as it was the time before. Thank you for having consistent and delicious Chinese food.

I’ve been here probably 15 times. Friendly staff, good food. If you are here late and they are out of something they will make it fresh. They either always offer or are eager for your to sample something before you order it. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Love the Panda.

Panda express is pretty much just fast food Chinese obviously. I don’t mind it from time to time. Their orange chicken is good same as the beef and broccoli and some battered spicy beef. Their egg rolls are nothing to rave about I avoid them. I always get half noodle half rice for since I can never decide on Just one.
