On Time Baths turned the anxiety and potential chaos of bathroom remodeling into a joy. Michael was informative and upfront about the process and I trusted him from the get-​go. Cammy walked us through each step of design patiently, assessing our personal aesthetic and ensuring that each choice was the best one for us. The crew was courteous, neat and timely, taking care not to disrupt the rest of the house. The work is very professional and our bathrooms have turned out better than we were hoping. The project even took a couple days less than estimated, and we were back in our new, beautiful and clean bathrooms in no time. The follow through is excellent, as we have since called a couple times for small repairs and touch ups, and Mike and his crew respond immediately. I highly recommend On Time Baths to anyone that wants a quality bathroom reno from a truly professional team. Probably not the cheapest option out there, but for the amazing outcome, the thoroughness, and the peace of mind, why would you skimp? Place your trust with these guys.

45K dollars minimum for an 81 sq ft bathroom
I wanted to get an estimate to do my bathroom remodel and here is a recap of how it went.
We had water damage and I needed a quote for the insurance company to restore back to original.
the second quote I wanted to get was to remodel the bathroom and I wanted to see a breakdown of labor/​installation for each of the tasks versus materials so we could understand what we could afford to change, where the cost was being driven from, and also how our fixture and decorating choices drove price so we could look at cost versus benefit for our ideas.
He quite quickly refused to offer such a quote and would only quote it as an entire project with allowances built into different areas for fixtures etc. I wanted a collaborative process and he wanted a blanket job with plenty of room for margin and profit. One of his specific reasons for not providing a itemized quote was due to their profit being part of the numbers. He then proceeded to tell me that the remodel would be at a minimum 45K to do and we did not even discuss the level of tile work or fixtures I was looking for. I asked what he was assuming for the tub as an example and he said 7 – 8 hundred dollars.
So for 45K dollars in an 81sq ft bathroom… something is not adding up.
Are you guys hiring because I am thinking someone is making a lot more than normal on these types of jobs.

I bought my house 5 years ago. The previous owners had made some unfortunate choices in design and construction quality. I’ve been saving for a bathroom remodel ever since I moved in. I was excited to find On Time Baths on the web. In speaking with Michael, I felt immediately comfortable with his approach. He was professional and thorough in his explanations. He immediately understood what I hoped to do with my bathroom and was eager to make the room look as I wanted. Michael submitted the best bid and offered design services that others did not, and was able to start the project a month earlier than companies that bid much higher. The remodel was virtually painless. His workers were polite, efficient and cleaned up every evening.
I’ve just made the last payment on the project and I am absolutely thrilled at both the process and result. I finally have a modern bathroom that looks like it was done by professionals.
This was my first heavy duty remodel project. I can only hope future projects go half as smoothly as this one.
Home remodels are stressful. When it comes time to update your bathroom, or completely redo it, you owe it to yourself to talk to Michael Hamilton at On Time Baths. You will not be sorry.

I had been contemplating remodeling my bathroom for a long time but didn’t know where to start. I was surfing the web one night and came across On Time Baths. The pictures were beautiful which caught my eye.
From our first consultation I knew this was the company I would be using. Very professional, dedicated and stood by our agreement to the end. His team represented themselves in the same manner, very pleasant and professional, their work is impeccable.
Every time I walk in my gorgeous bathroom I feel like I am in a 5 star hotel, never want to travel anymore!
My thanks to all of you for making my experience with remodeling such a great one, cause believe me I’ve had some bad ones in the past.

Michael Hamilton provided a professional, extensive and highly detailed bid in person. His team started the project on time and the projected proceeded exactly as he described. Michael allowed me to make changes during the project, documenting the details in several addenda to ensure we were on the same page. Michael’s team was courteous and professional. If I had questions, they took the time to answer. They took the necessary steps to protect my walls and floors and covered my furniture with plastic. I’m very happy with the result. My new bathroom is a work of art.
