Courtney is the broker and owner of The Oldham Group at Keller Williams Realty. She has been helping clients buy and sell homes for almost 10 years and still thinks she has the best job in the world! In addition to real estate, she also has a passion for teaching, coaching and charitable organizations such as Lone Star Cattlemen (helping kids become leaders) and All ATX (helping local musicians). We needed to sell and buy with back to back closings, and I knew Courtney was the right person to call. I had connected with her years earlier, and I was so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism that I felt like she was the realtor to make this kind of transition happen. The Oldham Group was exactly the right choice. Our condo had a contract within a week. Her team helped us find a new home in just the right amount of time to close both properties within 24 hours of each other. It was incredibly smooth and stress free. Courtney and her team are efficient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We loved the whole team. While working hard to provide exceptional realty services, the Oldhams are also deeply involved in volunteering and charitable giving in Austin. They LIVE in this town, and it is clear they love it. This is a quality group of people with old fashioned integrity, and that’s exactly what you want when you’re making an important investment like a home.

The entire Oldham group is amazing. We actually met Courtney while trolling through an open house in our current neighborhood. At that time we were not looking to buy or sell our house. We set up an initial meeting with Courtney and she gave us some great pointers on how to «get ready» for the next step.
Once we took the plunge, it went better than expected. Gena became our buying agent and Courtney was our selling agent. It worked great! Gena was so patient and never pushed us into a quick purchase. She even stopped by our current house to get a sense of the type of house we were looking to move into next.
I don’t know how they do it but I always felt like they had time for my questions, house viewings, and random phone calls. Even though I am super excited about our new home, I am a little sad not to be working with them each week. I highly recommend them for either buying or selling your property. Courtney and Brett Oldham are great on all fronts. Recommended by a friend and former realtor, I called Courtney out of the blue to help with a STAT strategy on a house I fell in love with. Her advice, technical ability, and knowledge, helped me win a 10-​way, 3-​day competitive bid in a highly desirable neighborhood (at less than I was thinking I’d need to go). She set up everything to hit an aggressive buy time set by the seller (inspections, estimates for fixes, great work with lender, etc.). Then Courtney and Brett helped me sell my other house at almost 20% over the asking price (setting up great photos, advice on preparing the house, etc.), and managing a difficult negotiation process. She was all professional, part therapist (it’s a stressful process especially at a speedy pace), advisor, technically great and helped me dot i’s and cross t’s to get it done on time. She wants what’s best for her clients («this is my job to manage this and take care of it for you»), is friendly, kind and gracious. My lender, and the seller’s realtor said she did a great job for me – and Courtney and Brett are good people. Thanks to them for suggesting a path, helping walk it, holding our hands through the process and a happy ending.

I was referred to the Oldham Group from a family friend, and could not have imagined a better team to help my wife and I move from CA to Austin TX. Being in Sales/​Customer Service I wanted to go with a company that was referred to me as that is important to me in my business. At first we were a bit nervous being so far away, while having a someone we have ever met try to find us a house that we would love. Well, it was much easier than either of us could have imagine.
Gena did an incredible job working with us throughout the process to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for. We only had to fly out to visit once and complete the entire process while being 1,300 miles away.
Gena was able to recommend a lending group (Prime Lending), who also did an excellent job!

Courtney helped us sell some land and she was awesome. The For Sale sign was mysteriously being knocked down over night and eventually just stolen. Courtney was all over it and quickly replaced the sign and then came up with a creative way to secure the sign so that it could not be removed. Courtney is knowledgeable, personable and great to work with. She guided us through the entire process and I would highly recommend her and her team!
