We added a new master bathroom and master closet. Will and his team did a great job and the bathroom turned out great. It turned out exactly like we wanted. They also remodeled a bathroom for us and the final product looks great except there are a few details that we would change. This is the reason I did not give 5 stars.
If you are looking for an affordable remodel, this is a good way to go. However, we often had contractors come to our house at all hours of the day and night, they would arrive and not have a clue what to work on. My wife and I had to frequently tell the guys what to do because they just showed up to work but did not know what to do.
There are the small details that we have gotten over but we had the chance to get right if it was discussed with the subs. But that’s the issue. You have to stay on top of every detail as the construction is going on otherwise things will be missed. We had a 3-​way shower diverter plumbing installed and there was no pipe for water going to the bathtub. My wife caught the mistake not Will or the subs.
Again, if you want to get good work but supervise the contractors yourself, NWS is a good option, otherwise, find a contractor that will meet with you as your project progresses.
