Called up to get setup with them and use them as our family OB.
They didn’t even ask my name, instead asked for my insurance information. We have amazing insurance, so no it wasn’t Obamacare that we all know they are screening for.
Once they agreed that the insurance was okay, proceeded to tell me there is a mandatory ‘Meet & Greet’ with the Doctors to see if they are a best fit for us.
I said we already wanted to join as we have friends that use them. They then said the ‘Meet & Greet’ is mandatory. I was like, fine. Then she said that the ‘Meet & Greet’ costs $ 50, and the insurance company won’t cover it.
What the heck? I asked if this was some sort of ‘membership fee’ to join and the manager said, «Yes, it’s like a membership fee.»
I told them that given the amount of money my insurance and I were going to pay them that they should wave this fee. As they will receive thousands of dollars and to make this $ 50 mandatory was amateur-​hour. Charging me for the opportunity to do business with them.
She said it’s a mandatory fee. She also said that the ”Meet & Greet’ allows the Doctors to know if WE are a fit for them too. So I naturally asked, «Why would I pay you to evaluate if WE are a fit for YOU?»
Her response again was, it’s our policy as the Doctors can’t bill your insurance for the time they stay to met with you. We would charge your insurance but there is no medical code to use, therefore since someone has to pay, we have to bill you.
Get outta town. Told them I was going to write a review so others at least knew what to expect.
At this practice, you pay them for them to evaluate if they want to do business with you.
If that is not pretentious, I don’t know what is.

I’ve been going here for all my prenatal care and have had a great experience. The entire staff is so nice, from the waiting room, to the techs, to the practitioners. I had a very long standing relationship with my OB in Houston and I did a ton of research before choosing this practice for my care. Their low c-​section rate and great reviews all over the internet are what got me in the door. What’s kept me there is how evidence-​based and patient-​centered their approach is. They will not over-​prescribe or unnecessarily intervene, and they are very supportive of my desires for the least intervention possible during childbirth. I highly recommend Liane, although I haven’t worked with Dr. Campaigne or Dr. Obifike (sp?) yet.

So far, my experience has been great. The doctors and midwives are all open minded and don’t look at pregnancy/​delivery as a «one size fits all.» My questions are always answered and I’m given a lot of time to talk. The front desk staff is amazing. I went to the dentist recently and didn’t know I needed an authorization form. My dentist called Nurture and Nurture had an authorization form faxed to my dentist literally in less than 5 minutes. Even my dentist was impressed. My wait for appointments is crazy short. I’m usually taken aback by how quickly I’m called. They also give you your glucose drink to take home before your 28 week appointment so you can drink it on the way in, instead of sitting at their office for an hour. How efficient!
I’ve learned a lot from my OB appointments and I’m a chronic Googler, so I didn’t think that was possible (yes, I know Dr. Google doesn’t have a medical license). Dr. Campaigne recommended a magnesium supplement at my last appointment for some negative symptoms I was having and it worked like a charm. She also recommended some alternative ways of getting more vegetables/​fruits into my diet. How many OBs give you ideas of how to cook vegetables? Don’t hesitate to bring up random things you are dealing with because they may have suggestions on how to fix it.
I’m shocked that there could be any negative reviews for this practice! Especially from someone saying they feel like a paycheck. My last OB’s billing department was a nightmare and I was required to talk numbers before my first appointment. Nurture hasn’t even mentioned the issue, not that I would mind if they did since they deserve to be paid for services. I’d recommend to anyone who is concerned about negative reviews to see what other reviews the person has written and the vibe you get, as this helped me realize that some people are just constantly displeased with everything. It’s fine to have preferences for your birth, but you can speak up for yourself without being disrespectful to your provider. I have a lot of thoughts and opinions on my birth, and no one at Nurture has ever acted offended by them. I finally feel that I’m at an OB I can trust. My last two OBs (I’m on my third for this pregnancy) could have recommended anything and I would have wanted to research if it was something I wanted to do. I don’t feel like this with Nurture. Dr. Campaigne actually recommended I look for a doula when I expressed my desire for a drug-​free birth. To me, this speaks volumes about a care provider, because many doctors see doulas as an obstacle.
If I had to list cons it would be that I don’t get scans after 20 weeks, but I know they’re not medically necessary after that point, and have chosen to get a 4D elective scan (for which Campaigne was happy to sign an authorization form).

For the record, Dr. Ofobike, Liane McPherson, and the staff were always helpful and polite. My experience with Nurture as a husband and expecting father was energetic and positive up until the day before the birth. At this point, expectations and the typical doctor/​patient relationship broke down due to Campaigne’s inability to accept that some clients desire to be active participants in the choices that affect them. At no time did my wife and I make decisions or ask questions without first prioritizing the health and well being of our child.
Dr. Ofobike two days prior to our encounter with Campaigne felt that both baby and mom were doing great. As any first time father can relate, I was a ball of nerves and was waiting for the inevitable ‘it’s time!’ At 8 days past due, my wife and I arrived for a check up. The first part of the appointment included a sonogram and the size estimation. Afterwards, we were asked to sit down in a room and wait for Campaigne. As the door shut, so did our positive experience with Nurture, more specifically Campaigne. Within the first few minutes of conversation it was readily apparent that the supporting, «nurturing» woman that had gained our trust and respect was no longer to be found. Although I cannot pinpoint the exact moment Campaigne’s original persona faded away, she shifted to an emotionally charged and pompous doctor that couldn’t speak without mentioning some sort of intervention. When presented with a recommendation to schedule an induction based on Campaigne’s belief that something was pathologically wrong, my wife began asking valid questions based on months of research. This pushed Campaigne over the edge and set the tone for the next 26 hours. She eventually exited the room abruptly and left us with unnecessary anxiety.
As luck so has it, against Campaigne’s all knowing wisdom, my wife went into labor hours after the visit. When I called Campaigne to inform her, there was no excitement or joy in her voice. In the hospital room, it was clearly her versus my wife which put me in a very unnerving and upsetting position. It appeared that Campaigne had read the book on interventions moments before walking into the room. Within minutes she «strongly» suggested an epidural, followed by pitocin, and then came a relentless barrage of reasons for a C section. Additionally, Campaigne stated that my wife would not be able to push the baby out. Fortunately for us, Campaigne surprisingly had to leave our room to perform a C section for another patient which afforded us the time for labor to progress.
At one point, I had to do what no husband expects to do which was to ask Campaigne to step out into the hall so that I could talk to her. At this point, as tears filled my eyes, I asked her to please be nicer to my wife as her tone, attitude, and abruptness was making her very upset. My wife would get emotional after every encounter with Campaigne. Campaigne re-​entered the room and apologized to my wife for making her upset. Not for her pathetic attitude, not for her ridiculous bedside manner, not for her lack of support. This juvenile behavior is not what one would expect from a self proclaimed «great» doctor. She eventually even asked if she should get us another doctor and I still to this day wish I would have told her yes. If you take away anything from this message, always remember you are in charge in the delivery room. I let my guard down and failed to take control of the situation. In hindsight, I should have pulled Campaigne to the side right at the beginning and asked her to either support our decisions and answer my wife’s questions, or find us someone who will. If it wasn’t for the incredible staff and our doula, I am not sure how the birth would have transpired.
Against all of Campaigne’s recommendations and bullying, my wife pushed through and delivered our beautiful, healthy daughter vaginally. The last experience I had with Campaigne was listening to her claiming to have done a great job. She didn’t recognize my wife’s awesome persistence nor did she apologize for her unprofessional behavior.
You may agree or disagree with my opinion of Campaigne, but the person that we experienced during this critical and emotional point of our life was the exact opposite of the doctor we needed. At the end of the day, you may select your normal physician on availability and geographic practicality, but you strategically select your OBGYN to mitigate risk and ensure the best birth experience for both child and mother. If you are wondering why this review comes so long after the birth, it is because I needed the time to calm myself and not allow petty hatred to fill the page. I truly hope that Campaigne may recognize her faults and better herself. To those that had a good experience with her, I am envious.
To Campaigne, rather than sending another pointless private message claiming that I, like my wife, made you question your decision to be a doctor, feel free to call me.

It’s been a week since I delivered (naturally!) my almost 10 lb baby girl. My first two children were delivered with different practices. My first was a preemie (placental abruption) and my second required p17 shots to help get to term. I ended up with an epidural for both and both of my sons spent time in NICU. When I interviewed with this practice, I told them that it was VERY important to me that this baby never saw the inside of NICU. However, I was also unwilling to do the p17 shots again, I wanted to deliver without drugs and I wanted as few interventions as possible. Somehow, I got everything I wanted. Baby girl made it to her due date, I delivered her without any drugs, and although we induced bc she was getting so big, we did so with only physical methods (foley bulb and water breaking) and no drugs.
My high-​risk but uncomplicated pregnancy was very well balanced at this practice. They compromised with me on anything that I was set on (I refused the glucose drink… so I monitored my blood sugars for a couple weeks, induction with only physical methods and only on/​after my due date, no p17 shots so we did a lot more ultrasounds to check my cervix etc). The nurses here are truly awesome. They get to know you and they’re very kind. The doctors and midwives are all very different but I think there’s someone for everyone here. Some are more cautious than others, some are more hippie than others, some are quick to offer (but not push) interventions and they’ll all readily admit where they fall on the spectrum. The midwife (Lisa!) who delivered my daughter was actually the one that I saw the least during my prenatal visits. I was nervous bc I didn’t really know her, but we got to know each other very quickly and she was amazing in my delivery.
I purposely waited until my daughter was born to write this review after reading some of the other ones. I can now confidently say that this practice gave me as close to the homebirth experience I wanted, as is possible in a hospital setting. Every pregnant mom and doctor have their bad days, but all in all, I have few, if any, complaints about my experience here. Even the office staff is awesome (how often can you say that??). They never made me wait long, they have a great little playroom to keep my boys occupied, they provide snacks and drinks in the lobby, they have toys in the rooms for the kids.
Finally, to my midwife Lisa, thank you so much for helping me have the delivery I needed to help recover from some of the trauma of my first two deliveries. A healthy baby girl born on her due date and no NICU… it’s everything I wanted. The lightening fast recovery and bragging rights of a nearly 10 lb natural delivery are the icing on the cake :) Thank you!

Thank you to the amazing women at Nurture that supported me through my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum struggles. I love, love, love the providers at Nurture OBGyn. I can’t say enough about the women at this practice. I’m so happy we chose them and part of the reason I’m excited to start trying for #2 (at some point) is that I’ll get to see them regularly again!

These women rock! We love Nurture ~ everything about this practice is so incredible. My experiences with Nurture go beyond OB care as I have been a patient with them for several years and just recently had our first child. It pretty special to find a team of people that you can whole heartedly trust — for your own care as well as your baby. Something I never worried about was a birth plan as I knew this team would guide me through whatever the day of birth would bring our way. My OB journey with them was the best experience. The Drs and Midwives all took great care at each visit to make sure questions, concerns, curiosities, etc were answered– I left every appt feeling great about where I was in the pregnancy. I thought it was neat seeing different providers during my OB visits as they are each unique and offer different perspectives — all of which great wisdom for where I was in the pregnancy. My husband and I found so much value in taking the child birthing class that Amanda, RN and Liane, CNM offer. It was a great opportunity to connect with them and understand their viewpoints as well as learn a ton about what to expect on delivery day! Also, Liane offers a breastfeeding class that I would strongly recommend as well. Dr. Campaigne delivered our perfect baby boy and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience to complete our journey of welcoming our son to the world! It is very rare these days to find a doctor who is willing to help you understand/​coach you through the «why» behind options and decisions that you make about your healthcare– she does this so well. Not only was it extremely comforting to me that she took the time to help us understand the «next steps» during labor but my husband found it immensely reassuring as well. I felt so supported and cared for on the day our son was born. Shawntai, Doula (from Nurture) and Dr. Campaigne created such a safe and warm feeling environment for us in a hospital setting — it was better than anything I could have ever imagined. Nurture does a great job at blending the best of OBGYN western and eastern approach to women’s health. I recommend them to all of my friends — whether they need GYN or OB care — this is the practice to go to!

I recently delivered my 4^th baby, and 3^rd delivery, with the awesome providers at Nurture and sing nothing but praises for the entire staff. I have somewhat difficult pregnancies. Dr. Campaigne and Liane know this and are quick to get me help at the onset of symptoms.
Even though I delivered all 4 babies at NAMC, the difference between the first (not Nurture) and the other 3 was like night and day. With my first pregnancy my water broke and then labor never started on its own. I wanted a natural birth and thought my OB at the time was on the same page as I was, but when it came down to it we had very different opinions and as soon as my water broke she was pushing for one unnecessary intervention after another. I did end up having a natural birth, but my husband, doula and I had to fight for it every step of the way.
A few months into my second pregnancy I decided that I couldn’t handle another birth like my first and switched OBs. At the time, Liane, Dr. Campaigne and Shawntai were at another group. The care there was great, but the office was not run well and the waits could be horrendous, not to mention other issues with billing, etc. The care however was well worth dealing with any office issues. My water again broke before any signs of labor, but instead of being rushed to go to the hospital to be induced, I was given some time to try and get labor going on my own, told to make my way in the next morning and to get a good night’s sleep if nothing progressed. It didn’t and I was induced for my second delivery. It was the most peaceful, calm labor I could have asked for and I had no problems with a natural birth even though my son was shy of 9 pounds. Between my second and third pregnancies Dr. Campaigne, Liane and Shawntai left their previous office and started Nurture. They were my favorite OB, midwife AND MA and they got a new receptionist. Following them from the old office was a no brainer!
Delivery #3 was a scheduled induction (only a couple days before my due date) since I had decided that was pretty much the way my body works. Towards the end of my labor I felt like I had hit a wall. I had never felt this sense of defeat in either of my first two labors, but it was the only time I asked for an epidural. Because Dr. Campaigne had taken the time to get to know me personally, she knew it wasn’t what I really wanted even though I was asking. She made me a deal that if I would just change positions for her for 15 minutes and nothing progressed we’d talk meds. I think secretly she knew I wouldn’t last that long ;-) Shawntai, their MA and my awesome doula, helped me turn around and only one contraction later it was time to push. By the time my 15 minutes was up, I was holding my sweet baby boy.
For my 4^th and final delivery I decided I was going to try one last time to go into labor on my own… Hah! 10 days after my due date I went ahead and decided to go to the hospital to get induced. Again because of how well the awesome ladies of Nurture get to know you as a person, they let me start the induction process in the hospital the night before instead of at home at my request, because let’s face it, I was not going to get a good night’s sleep at home almost 42 weeks pregnant with 3 other kids ;-) My 4^th labor was the only one that I didn’t have to get pitocin for and was another awesome labor and delivery. I even got to deliver the same day as my amazing OB and even though Liane and Dr. Weidaw went back and forth between me and their partner/​friend, I never once felt like they weren’t there just for me!
I can honestly say that now that I am done having babies, I’m going to miss seeing all these wonderful ladies on a regular basis. Who can say that about their OBGYN!!! I can :)

I am in shock reading these negative reviews. Now, just an FYI, when you are delivering, unfortunately it is more about the baby than you. Welcome to parenthood. You are no longer the most important. The doctors and nurses take both mom and baby into consideration, but it is baby that is more often in danger and that means you can’t always get the labor you dreamed of.
That being said, my experience with this place has been nothing but extraordinary. The office staff, nurses, liane, and the doctors are the best. Every appointment I scheduled, I was asked which provider I wanted to see for my next appointment. Dr Campaigne was my delivery doc, and my experience was amazing. I chose to be induced, and we talked at length about it and whether it was a good option for me. Dr C was nothing short of amazing during my labor and delivery. Never once was she condescending or rushed. She always took the time to make sure everything is as it should be. I am so glad I chose this practice for my care! I trust this practice with my life, period.

If I could give his place zero stars I would. They could care less about their patients. Here you are just a number I think. I would not recommend, especially if you aren’t having a perfect pregnancy or a possible miscarriage. Nothing nurturing about their care. Just a fancy name with a fancy office. Without having to tell my story, let’s just say after my miscarriage they tried to brush us off and I never heard from the doctor once I told them it happened. They even tried to cancel my follow up appointment. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I’m going to have to echo Molly R. and John S. reviews. I’ve never felt so much like a paycheck rather than a patient. First off, I never see the same practioner on any visit.
The last phone call I had the nurse was advising me to me off ANOTHER PATIENT’S CHART. I knew there had to be a mistake and she GAVE ME THAT PATIENT’S FULL NAME. Not cool. Now I don’t think I can trust anything I’m told by the nursing staff.
Also, ultrasound machine is broken, no sound for heartbeat and no photos.
If you want straight forward, routine gynecology they are quick and efficient, that’s a plus. If you’re looking for thorough care then I’d stay clear.
There’s a laundry list of personal details that are inappropriate to air here, let’s just say complacent and/​or borderline negligent is the best way to describe this practice.

The actual delivery (c-​section) was professional, but my experience before and after went about as badly as I could imagine.
They were disorganized (different providers gave different info, couldn’t find the syrup for my gestational diabetes test, 2 times I needed a referral both were sent to the wrong location, etc.) and their office management could use work (e.g. they don’t verify pharmacy before writing a prescription). These are totally minor things, but kept happening, and caused me frustrating health outcomes.
I also thought they had issues with boundaries (one provider told me about the office’s waxing practices, another told me that my e-​mail was very loooooong but didn’t address any substantive issues in it, another told me as she was inserting an IUD about how she had botched the previous IUD procedure she had done). When the IUD didn’t stay in place, I couldn’t help but wonder if it was a fluke, like they said, or another botched procedure.
At the initial meeting I was also told that they are a patient-​centered practice, but I didn’t feel that way. I felt rushed out of the office on more than one occasion and at my 6-​week postpartum visit the provider was literally leaning out the door as I was talking to her. I had some issues that I felt like I didn’t get to discuss that ended up being problems. They also said that they would do a home visit post-​partum, but never did. Also, I ended up having gestational diabetes, but after delivery wasn’t given any follow-​up instructions other than being told that I could eat what I wanted. I didn’t think anything of it until I heard about people’s care at other practices.
Finally, I had an experience after delivery that is too personal to discuss here, but it was handled in a manner that led me to conclude that I will not go back to them. They are good surgeons and nice people, but I can’t recommend.

Absolutely horrendous service. This is the first time I’ve ever given anyone a bad review, suffice to say, need help in a pinch for pregnancy complications this is NOT the place. We just started with Nurture. Shame on your staff, and especially your nurses for telling us after we tell you we’re «bleeding» to just wait and see and we could not talk to a doctor. We called our old obgyn Dr. Kish and they had us an appointment in 45 min. You can guess where we’re going from now on. You told us we were having a miscarriage and there was nothing you could do. Totally freaked out my wife. Heartless and unprofessional. The farthest from nurturing you could possibly be.

I switched to Nurture after a referral from a friend when she heard me complain a few times about the doctors office I was at. I had already had my first few prenatal visits (with my second child) at the time I switched. I love this practice, I love that everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors actually remember you. My last doctors office was not like this at all. My prenatal visits were with Dr. Ofobike, Dr. Campaign and the midwife Liane so I got the chance to know all of them before the delivery of my child. They always answered any questions I had and were very supportive of my birth plan. Liane ended up being the one to deliver my baby and it was just a wonderful experience. When your labor and delivery nurse is a patient of theirs as well, you know you’ve made a good choice. Switching to this practice is one of the best decisions I ever made.

I *used* to hate doctors and especially OB/​GYN after some unpleasant experiences and was dreading the idea of having to go to appointments frequently when pregnant. From the first meeting, I knew this time it would be different. And I was right; after every appointment I left feeling happier and calmer than when I came in.
My pregnancy was one of the best times of my life and I owe a large part of it to the staff of Nurture. They continuously put me at ease and turned my nervous energy into excitement for my unborn child. They were reassuring but treated me like an adult and seemed to trust that I was doing my best to keep healthy and prepared for baby time. I never felt condescension like I’ve experienced often from doctors, but instead felt like I was part of a team and we were doing our best to meet a healthy baby in a few months.
Labor and birth was a whirlwind and didn’t go as planned (they never do) but Liane helped me go with the flow and do what was right for me and the baby. At the end of it all, there were no complications and I was holding a beautiful baby girl.
I’m very thankful to have stumbled upon this practice and encourage everyone to give them a chance.

A 5 star rating — from as skeptical, as vigilant, as instinctual and determined as any mama out there. There was no blind trust here. I wanted the right doctor and I wanted my perspective and my needs to be completely respected and honored. And at every appointment, my husband and I (upon being pregnant) brought in at least 20 questions on a piece of paper and I shared every concern I could possibly think of. I wanted to know every detail. This is why it is so bizarre to read the severely negative reviews of this practice — particularly about Dr. Campaign’s lack of willingness to answer questions or to honor doubts, concerns, or birthing preferences — because it is so completely opposite of what my experience was.
Dr. Campaign (and Liane!) would spend a RELAXED hour with us at every appointment — in that I never felt pressured to hurry, never felt like she was in a hurry, and never felt like she was defensive. My baby was breech for months and they were both SO supportive of me fighting to steer clear of a c-​section, offering amazing intervention referrals and educating me about my choices. I found their advice and input always educated, always honest, soulful, and yet completely open to me trusting my own wisdom.
In the end my water broke, I required a c-​section because my daughter was still breech (chord wrapped 3 times around her neck). Despite not being on call, Dr. Campaign saw (at 2am in the morning) that I was admitted and CAME IN TO DELIVER MY BABY. Liane was also there and held my hand in the surgery room until my husband could join me. I relaxed completely because YES, I trusted her, I trusted my doctor. And you absolutely should trust the doctor you choose. The fit has to be right for both of you — for the doctor and the patient.
I support all mamas following their instincts to choose their doctor/​midwife. I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of Nurture and under the care of the women there.

Originally, I was not going to write a review about this practice, as I prefer to keep my Unilocaling about good food and fun. However, since comparing stories with other women, I have been asked multiple times to write a review of my experience here.
I found out I was pregnant in February of this year and I knew I wanted to use a Midwife. Given my husband’s background in the medical field, he felt more comfortable with an OB/​GYN, so this practice seemed like the perfect compromise. — We were both wrong, VERY wrong.
Before starting our appointments with Nurture, we had a 6 week sonogram done at the local hospital to date the pregnancy and were given a due date of October 31^st.
We had a series of 4 appointments at Nurture that included a consultation, blood tests and sonograms. Throughout these visits the staff was very kind, but they would constantly mention that we were in the «October» delivery group. This seemed odd to me given that our due date wasn’t until the very end of October and it’s not uncommon for first-​time pregnancies to go an average of 10 days over.
Every appointment we had seen the midwife, Liann and the other OB, Ofobike, but the final appointment we had before definitively deciding to find someone else was with Dr. Campaigne. — During this last appointment I asked, or rather, attempted to ask her questions about what a typical birth looked like, what her practice’s induction rate was, the C-​section rate etc… She kept her arms crossed the entire time and told me that anything I had read or watched was wrong (I presume she thought I just read google and opinion blogs) and that I just needed to «trust my care provider.» To this I replied I didn’t blindly trust people, especially those that weren’t open to answering my questions. The only definitive answer I got from Campaigne was that her induction rate is 30% (the national average is 20 or less). This is high and I only found out after leaving why.
It was only after deciding to find a different care provider and having my files transferred over did I finally find out all the things that Nurture had failed to tell me about my pregnancy. ONE — They had changed my due date from Oct 31^st to Oct 16^th. I can only assume so that I would fit in their window of «October deliveries» because then they could induce me given that I would be at 42 weeks gestation on my original due date (as proved by a later sonogram through a different care provider, did I find out the original due date was still true). TWO — Despite telling them I felt exhausted, sleeping 16 hour days in the first trimester, they said nothing. Yet, the blood test they conducted revealed I had a glucose level of 47 (this is extremely low, given the average is in the 70s) but no one ever mentioned that to me or how/​what I needed to do/​eat to change it. THREE — The notes Campaigne wrote about us after our last appointment included «STRANGE, VERY STRANGE CONVERSATION.» This was all in caps. Clearly, she didn’t approve of her patients asking questions or showing doubt of any kind.
Pregnancy and child birth are some of the most natural things a woman can ever experience and I don’t doubt that me and my baby would have been fine had we decided to continue with this practice, despite their apparent manipulation of my due date and failure to alert me to critical blood test results. That’s why I feel you’ll find only 5 or 1 star reviews on this practice. It’s obvious that they try very hard to weed out any patients that don’t blindly trust them from the very beginning.
If you’re looking for a doctor who will answer your questions, sooth any doubts in a calm and open-​minded manner, this is NOT the practice for you. But if you just want to blindly ‘trust your care provider’ without an open dialogue, by all means, Nurture is your place!

I have been a patient of Dr. Campaigne’s for 5 years now. She delivered both of my babies. SHE IS PHENOMENAL! I credit her for the most amazing labor and delivery of both of my girls. I had hoped and was able to deliver both of them naturally (and the second was 9.75 lbs at birth). She made it as easy as possible and inspired calm.
Everyone at the office is exceptional. I love Dr. Ofobike, Liane, and Shawntai. I am always excited for my appointments and never feel rushed during the visit. Test results are discussed in a non-​sensational way and explained so that I understood what they mean and feel comfortable moving forward.
The new office is SO lovely. It is happy, bright, and fresh and immediately puts me at ease.
Bottom line: I feel like I am treated lovingly and with respect by everyone at Nurture and I recommend the practice to all of my friends.

I was referred to Nurture by a couple of different friends and am so glad that I found this place. I have never been to an OBGYN where I felt comfortable. However, it never really mattered to me because I was always in and out for my annual papsmear with no problems. It wasn’t until I had an abnormal papsmear that I realized how important it was to find a place where I felt comfortable and trusting of the people working with me.
After a negative experience with another location, I switched to Nurture and it was a God-​send. Everything from phone conversations to personal interactions to the actual care exceeded my expectations. It went beyond quality customer service; there is a genuine care for patients and a relational aspect to what is offered at Nurture.
Having «women problems» can be extremely stressful and scary. Yet even though the staff of Nurture are surely busy and dealing with these issues daily, they are patient and sensitive with each patient, and they don’t rush you. I have interacted with Erika, Shawntai, Amanda and Dr. Ofobike, and this was consistently my experience. The office feels calming and cozy, which also adds to excellent bedside manner of the staff. I am so thankful and relieved to have found this place. Go there! And send your girlfriends! You won’t regret it.

My long-​time OB GYN retired a couple months before we found out we were expecting our first baby, and several friends recommend Nurture. And, wow, I’m so grateful the timing worked out the way it did.
From the first visit to confirm our pregnancy to the delivery of our baby boy, Nurture exceeded our expectations. Each of the providers and nurses were kind, direct and warm, and each visit felt personal, not rushed and comprehensive.
I had anxiety about labor pre-​pregnancy and the months of care and consultation I received going into labor was a huge contributor to helping me feel calm, confident and prepared when it was «go time». I knew I was in great hands, and had a terrific team with me.
