Total lack of professionalism, she is very high on herself and her ideas lacked real world appeal. I would not recommend working with her unless you want someone who is going to give you a headache the entire time.

Noa is a pretty creative lady! I rang her up a few weeks ago to speak to a group of women about setting the stage for romance — getting ready for Valentine’s day. She created an original presentation (with a weeks notice) with many easy ideas to quickly and inexpensively transform your home into a love nest.
I hope to use her services in the future for staging/​organizational projects.

UPDATE — In my opinion, Noa Simmons of Noa Noa Design Studio is «off-​her-​rocker» and completely lacks professionalism, along with her contractor Adam Lucas. She is now sending me argumentative emails STILL denying responsibility and arguing. I would NEVER recommend Noa Simmons nor her contractor Adam Lucas due to their terrible customer service and lack of accountability (oh yeah — and also for defective electrical workmanship — see below).
Noa Simmons selected and managed a general contractor for me — all I did was pay her contractor more than $ 15,000.
I also paid Noa Simmons more than $ 10K+ as well — if you think that buys you customer service with Noa — THINK AGAIN.
Turns out the workmanship was defective on the electrical wiring — SCARY. I contacted Noa Simmons and she said that there was nothing that could be done about the workmanship and she gave me the okay to call an electrician to fix the problem. Since safety is a critical issue, I made sure to contact a reputable electrician. The electrician documented 3 instances of defective electrical workmanship and charged me $ 400 for 5 hours’ worth of trouble-​shooting and repair.
Noa Simmons’ general contractor (whom she urged me to hire) Adam Lucas of A.R. Lucas Construction didn’t return my phone calls and didn’t pay for the repair work for his defective electrical wiring. And Noa’s response to me was essentially TOO BAD, NOT MY PROBLEM, I ALREADY HAVE YOUR CHECK but using many more words than that. And that is STILL her response to this day (see update at the top).

I’ve used Noa three times now and plan to have her back again. Everything these 5 star reviews say about her is spot on! Having her help organize is the best gift to myself I can think of and it’s a pleasure to work with this smart, genuine, efficient and talented organizer and designer. The fact that she’ll take your donation pile with her when she leaves… priceless.

Love her! She is fabulous and has an eye for design (which, I definitely do not have). We recently moved from California and needed some help decorating our home. Our first project has been the family/​dining area and thus far it’s just beautiful. Noa doesn’t ever push you in a certain direction. She just offers insight and is helpful vs. pushy. After this project is done we would love to use her services for our formal dining and office areas and eventually, the master bedroom. She’s fantastic and very reasonable.

Noa is great and I recommend her. She quickly gets a handle on your lifestyle and comes up with wonderful suggestions on how to organize your stuff and space to create a more comfortable home environment which in my case also includes a home office for my business. I’ll use her again!

I brought this groupon over a year ago and really wanted to cancel the meeting schedule for Tuesday. I’m soo glad I did not! It was a very healing and helpful experience. Great person to work with and talk to– answered questions and made sense of alot of things. She did not force me to do anything I did not want to do. I thought I was going to step over the line into becoming a hoarder, now I feel like I «naw not me»!

I met with Noa on Friday and can truly say it was a life changing meeting. Noa has a great eye and is very perceptive. I was expecting to work on one area. Instead, Noa went through my entire house and gave me a great plan to transform my entire living situation.
Now it makes so much more sense and there is a logical flow.

Noa is fantastic! We did a remarkable amount of organization, sorting, trashing, and re-​purposing in only 3 hours time. The result was 3 efficient closets that have remained so! Noa helped me convert our office from a disfunctional mess to a serene, clean workplace for two! I was looking for someone to help me transform our office into a workable space for two people, but I wasn’t just looking for an interior designer. I wanted a space planner, and someone who understood the functionality of a workspace, with a keen eye for design. Noa is definitely what I was looking for. She took a look at my space and gave me a few layout ideas. After choosing one, we went shopping together to pick out furniture and décor. It was a great experience, and the whole time she made sure I stayed within my budget. Our new office looks fantastic, all of our stuff is neatly stored away, and I don’t think about going to the closest coffee shops to work since I have such a great space to do it at home. I will definitely use Noa again for the next room I want redesigned.

Noa is awesome. In three hours she made amazingly short work of our absolute mess of a bedroom. I would say that she accomplished in three hours what would have taken me three days, but I don’t think that even after three days I would have as much done or as good of a system as she helped us get in one afternoon.

Next, I will have her help me with my closets, then my office… AND she is so nice; she is very respectful of the home and the homeowner. Noa is guiding me through a process of reducing the chaos in my life. The work we’re doing to organize and de-​clutter my bedroom, bathroom, and living room/​desk area symbolizes the order I’m learning to create throughout my life. I come from a family of hoarders, and though I’ve fought on my own my whole life to not replicate that stressful lifestyle, I’ve had only limited success.
So far, Noa has come to my house to help me de-​clutter 3 times since last spring, and each time I feel closer to my dream of a simple, organized, stress-​free life. I can feel my mind clearing as I throw away or donate things I’ve been holding onto without using for as many as 20 years — a tub of buttons from my elementary Catholic school uniform, a pile of receipts from time spent with an ex in 2005, remnants of a small business venture that ended in 2008. That awareness has led me to make better choices, not only about which belongings to add or not add to my life, but also regarding which commitments help me reach my goals and which I can trash. Absolutely I would recommend Noa to anyone who needs help organizing space in their home or office. I first had Noa come out because of a Groupon and she helped me organize our master closet. Next, I hired her to help organize our very messy office and kitchen pantry. She came in with a fresh perspective and ideas that I would have never thought of. She is pleasant to work with and very accommodating and the results are amazing and well worth the cost. Also, it is worth noting that Noa is very affordable compared to other organizers — well worth the time and money!

I work from home. Okay, wait. Actually, I TRY to work from home. Unfortunately, I typically end up working from coffee shops. This gets expensive. This also causes a bit of psychological distress… wondering just how much time one cup of coffee is worth in terms of hours spent at a table… trying to decipher potential glares of baristas… and so on.
The reason I am so often forced to spend my days at said dens of caffeine iniquity is simple: sometimes I cannot find my desk.
Sure, I can see its legs. Its drawers are also visible. I can see the space where the chair is supposed to fit, were the clothes on the chair not piled so high as to not allow it to squeeze into this space. However, the top of the desk– the surface– is often nowhere to be found.
Thus, when I saw the Groupon advertising ‘Three Hours of Professional Room Organization from Noa Noa Design Solutions’, I jumped (clicked) at the chance.
Noa emailed me and asked about my needs. I told her they were vast. I confessed my hopelessness. We made an appointment.
She arrived, and I led her to the room in question. She noted the pile of papers on the floor, the nightstand full of papers next to the bed, the drawers full of papers in the partially-​visible desk, the post-​it notes that threatened to fully obscure the view of my monitor…
During the next three hours, we emptied and organized all of the drawers, eliminated all of the post-​its, established rules regarding post-​it usage, and found actual wood on the top of the desk. Noa somehow managed to make this painless– amusing even. We had a nice conversation.
She shook her head in disbelief at my collection of artifacts…
«Do you need this baggage claim receipt from 2008?»
«You collect… stickers? Um… why?»
«When is the last time you used this… um… wait, what IS this exactly?»
And so on.
The ability to see the world as a rational, logical space, able to controlled, categorized, organized… is… well… foreign to me. But to Noa, it’s just the way her brain works.
She left me with a pile of stuff for Goodwill, a gigantic bag for the recycling bin, and a list of projects to finish before our next appointment. I have a feeling she’ll hold me accountable for completing them… which is exactly what a scattered brain like mine needs.
It was time and money very well-​spent, and I’m looking forward to tackling the rest of the room.
