Established in 2012.

We opened the doors to begin repairing iPhones and iPads in Round Rock, TX in the summer of 2012. We have now expanded and opened another location in Lakeway, TX. We are also now offering services to repair all cell phones and tablets.

My name is Ben, and I am a Southwest Texas State Alumni. I have a degree in Environmental science, but my curiosity and passion for entrepreneurship led me into repairing cell phones and tablets. I have been repairing small electronics for over 4 years. My brother and I started our first small company in Waco, Texas and have now moved into the Austin Metroplex 2 years ago. Went in at 4:40 and their hours are 10−6pm. They told me they were going to close early and that I could leave it over night. I can’t just not have my phone for 17hours while they wait to look at it. No thanks

This place was great. I had a spectacularly shattered screen on an iPhone 6 Plus and Colby had it repaired in less that an hour. I had broken the screen before and had it fixed elsewhere and it seemed to lose some sensitivity. It is back to its out of the box state after the repair at MiPhone. I am clumsy so I am glad to have them close by!

Took in my iPhone 6plus with a shattered screen. They fixed it like new in 20 minutes! Reasonable price and quick, friendly service! I will go back if I need any other repairs and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing iPhone repair.

We have teenagers, so, needless to say, we are frequent customers! The service here is speedy, and the workmanship is great. Best of all, they take walk-​ins. Almost always, they are able to replace the screen that day (and usually in less than an hour). Prices are reasonable, too!

Yup don’t come here! A day after I had my iPhone fixed there was already a crack on my screen and the screen didn’t seem to be placed on correctly because the button kept moving under the screen and the screen itself seemed very cheap. When I took the phone back they said I would have had to pay over $ 100 to fix what they f**ked up! Don’t ever take your phone here. This place is garbage.

Not real pleased with the service or the timing of this place to fix our mini ipad screen. We have had our screen fixed at other places in the past in hours. I dropped my device off on Thursday and was told it would take 2 business days to complete. On Monday, I called to find out the status and was told it would be ready Tuesday and was reassured they would call when it was done. Wednesday, I had to call again and was told it was ready. So, one week later, I got it back and asked for a discount since it took twice as long as was originally quoted and was just told no. The woman working the counter/​phone was not very personable either despite my being the only customer in the store each time.

This place is AWESOME!!! They are so nice and very quick! They fixed my phone quickly and did a wonderful job! Excellent customer service! Would recommend to anyone!
Hopefully we won’t need it again for a while but if I let me 5 yr old play with phone again I will surely go there! ha

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. I got my iPhone screen fixed here for $ 250 and, after an hour and a half at Apple, was told «whoever fixed your screen really messed it up». Firstly, My gold iPhone screw was replaced with a silver screw, which sends bad currents to my phone. Also, the screen I got was dis-​colored and not calibrated correctly to the phone. (Which apparently can only be done at Apple). ADDITIONALLY, when my iPhone was taken apart there was pen writing all on the inside! Apple told me «whoever dealt with your phone totaled it.» Save your self trouble, money, effort and time and go somewhere else. Now I’m $ 250 in the hole! Thanks!

I went in this summer (June) and had my iPhone 5 and iPad screen replaced. Both were cracked. My phone took 10 minutes and I had the iPad back the next morning which was awesome. I hardly use the iPad and it has been fine but I noticed that neither had the same quality as the original screens. The clarity wasn’t as good but it was doable. Then about a month and a half later, the phone started malfunctioning. The vibrate stopped working, it was hazy on one side, the screen was still active when I lifted it to my ear causing me to push all sorts of buttons with my cheek while talking, the touch screen was inaccurate and I was having a hard time getting the letters right when I was typing. I noticed that the screen was lifting up on one side which I had never had happen in all the years that I have had iPhones. So I went in and it was within the 90 days so they replaced it and I was out the door in 5 minutes. The problems were gone.
So just recently it started happening again. The screen is lifting off and it causes all sorts of the same problems. So I called and since I am outside of the 90 days since my original screen, they won’t replace it, but they did agree to glue it back on. So I brought it in and they did, but the problems aren’t going away. Half the screen is dark and hazy still and I just noticed a crack through the center that appeared the same day that they glued it and I haven’t dropped it.
So I took my phone in for just a cracked screen and it came back with more problems then I went in for. And I can’t believe it happened twice! I always have a good, shock absorbing case on it and I have had iPhones since the 1st generation, I’ve never had problems with the screen like this. I wish that I would have just spent the money and taken it to Apple.

I phone 6 plus repair did a good job and fast. Also sold me a case for a good deal. So I had to do a follow up on this. My screen started to separate from the phone and I took it in today. At first they gave me the price to fix it I was a little upset since I had them fix it in the first place. After I explained they were the ones who fixed it they replaced my screen for free.

Fast and reliable!
I was very pleased with my iPhone 5S repair here. They were quick and efficient. They had all the parts and the technician was professional and courteous. The shop was clean and well organized.
I thought the price was a good value. $ 50 to fix the prox switch on my phone in under an hour. Perhaps it isn’t the cheapest, but it was done right.
I would recommend this place.

Very disappointing. Went there for a simple repair on a cracked iPhone 6. They aren’t very upfront about the quality of parts they use. They put a screen on my phone that keep popping up at the corners. I went back on 2 different occasions to get it repaired and they simply tried to glue it back down. After 2 tries, it actually got worse.
I went to another repair center to have them look at it and they confirmed the sub par screen (cheap product to improve their margin). I purchased an apple replacement screen instead. During that process I found out that the Lakeway store never put all the screws back on the phone to hold the rest of the screen down as well!
The gentleman in the store has been pleasant but I am sure if I went back with this terrible (not damaged) screen that they sold me for $ 120 they would not offer a refund.
So if there is anyone reading this review from Miphone Repair in Lakeway, and you respect the customer experience, I would like a refund. I will be happy to bring your cheap part back.
Lastly — I am not the only review that references this EXACT issue.

The waiting room is nice it has a TV and magazines to read while you wait even though you only wait about 15 minutes. The prices are comparable to other phone repair stores. The managers are supper friendly and go the extra mile. The location is pet friendly so I was able to bring my pet inside the nice cool air conditioned room.

I took my iPhone in to get the screen repaired. After I left I realized that the corner of the screen was not set all the way in. I then took it back up there a few days later to show them and was told there was nothing they could do and to just put a case on it. A few days later it fell from a few inches onto a wood floor and cracked in the same corner since the glass wasn’t fully secured. I went back up there to see if they would help me out given the circumstances and was offered a repair for $ 90(the same price I payed a week before). I left and went to another repair service that properly repaired my screen and secured all corners.
Also during the repair they tried to tell me my earpiece was broken when they received it. When I disagreed and said it had worked fine they agreed to fix it.

I was extremely impressed with this place. I will never go anywhere else. I dropped my iPhone 6 + in the grocery store and shattered the screen. I called from the store and asked the price and time it would take to fix my phone. The very friendly woman quoted me an unexpectedly affordable price with a 20 minute wait time. I asked if she and some time right now. She told me to come now, and they would have it fixed in 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t even take 20 minutes. One employee saw me waiting on the couch and offered me a soda. This place has excellent customer service and impeccable quality of work.

Took my Mini IPAD in for cracked screen. Wasn’t ready when they said it would be. Waited 2 extra days. When I finally got it back the Home Button was not right (it was not flush with the screen and hard to press in) So, I took it back and they said they would try to adjust it but if they broke the screen it would cost me another $ 50.
Let me get this straight… it is not fixed correctly but I probably will have to pay another $ 50 to make their mistake right??? Apparently they do not use Apple Screens but some off market.
I have lived in the Lake Travis area for over 30 years and have always tried to shop local and support local businesses. Wished I would have take iPad into town, repaired correctly and within 3 hours. Plus $ 30 cheaper for repair. It would have been well worth the drive and time!
In the waiting room there were a few of other not too happy customers BTW.

I have had my phone screen repaired twice I. A week and I have nearly dropped my phone with very little impact and they use the wrong screen I have never been so ripped off and. They say the will repair for free 30 day warrant the 30 days not true do not replace any screen here I am out 90 $ twice and I like he guy who works there he is nice social and cool but never again

Bad luck found me yesterday when my iPhone5 fell out of my pocket and right onto the concrete… Cracked screen! Grr! I found Miphone Doctors via Unilocal & they didn’t disappoint! I made an appt online (which was super easy) and arrived 30 minutes early. They took my phone right away and in 20 minutes I left with my iPhone, good as new! Both employees were friendly and professional & their prices are comparable to other shops who provide the same service. I would use them again, but hope I don’t have to! :)

They brought my daughters phone back from the DEAD!!! She dropped her phone and it completely died — the screen didn’t shatter it, the phone just STOPPED!
After a couple hours it was back to life for $ 90.
I made an online appointment and dropped it off an picked it up the same day!
