Mia the Event Diva is an event planning company owned and operated by Mia Sims Washington, a certified meeting professional who has created some of Austin’s biggest, most successful events. Her 20 years of experience have allowed her to become one of the city’s leading experts on event fundraising including two capital campaigns, golf tournaments, fashion shows, grand openings and more. Creating unique events and special memories is what Mia the Event Diva embodies in her planning process.

Mia the Event Diva, Inc. has planned unique events from corporate meetings, to weddings, and South by Southwest events to birthday parties. Working with vendors and clients both locally and nationally gives us an unparalleled edge, and we are always striving for more. Our specialty is planning non-​profit events, for creative ways in helping organizations reach a company’s goal are endless. However, our main goal is primarily to help our clients make their events seamless and stress-​free.
