Established in 2002.

Magnum Property Inspections has been in business serving Austin and its surrounding areas since 2002. The mission of my company is to provide unsurpassed service to home buyers.

The foundation of my company is built upon the trust. I word my inspection reports by putting things in perspective so that my clients understand that there is no such thing as a house failed an inspection. I used distinctive colors in the report to signify the severity of problems so that my clients can prioritize the problems found in the home they’re about to purchase.

Before becoming a home inspector, I was a certified automotive technician for 22 years. So I have a natural talent for knowing how things function mechanically.

When my first home’s electrical panel caught on fire after only living there for a couple of years, I realized that my inspector did not educate me on the danger of aluminium wirings, which were quite common in houses built in the 70s.

In my second home, during one of many renovations I uncovered some things that I should have been made aware by my inspector before I made the purchase.

So when the timing called for a change in career, I decided to become a home inspector, to help other home buyers so that they won’t have to go through what I went through.

Buying a home is an important step of anyone’s life. For a first-​time home buyer, selecting the right home is a daunting task. Therefore, my mission is to educate buyers, so that they’re prepared to walk into any situation they might face
