I needed new keys for my file cabinet and my liquor store locks so I called Lock Crackers. Frank said he will come out the next day, but to my surprise he came by my store that evening (cause I am open late) to get started on the work. I was very pleased! He needed to replace the lock on the cabinet so he said he will be by tomorrow to finish the job. He came the next day on time and my file cabinet locks very nicely! It was tricky since it was an older file cabinet. He also cut some new keys for my front door and helped make the lock on my front door easy to latch. The best part is it didn’t cost me as much as 4 other companies I called! Thanks Frank! I will be a repeat customer!

I own a business in southwest Austin and I needed my locks changed. I received a recommendation from a friend that used lock crackers and scheduled an appointment. They came in on time, changed my locks, provided the keys plus the copies that I needed. Service was great, timely and simple. I will definitely use them again.
