Before they accepted returns for certain items, I did receive some pieces I considered junk. I sent these items back anyway with a note saying they were junk… I received refunds. You have to be realistic. Karis Collection is plated brass — who wants that? Miniscule diamond carat weight means tiny chips. Silvertone or goldtone settings are discount store costume junk. Simulated gemstones are fake gemstones. Gold overlay doesn’t make the sterling base any more valuable. Stainless steel jewelry? Who wants that??? If you are aware of what you’re buying, there are some great deals on Liquidation Channel. I’ve received many, many beautiful iems from them… I order only what is REAL. Hope this info helps. I am sooooooo disappointed! I won an auction of a pink leopard tote and for the THIRD TIME I was sent an email saying the item I won in an auciton was NOT available… that was three days ago and TODAY the SAME ITEM is up for auction AGAIN!!! I think it stinks when businesses can do this and just because they didn’t get the amount they wanted they say it is NO LONGER AVAILABLE but relist it to try and get a higher price! Dont understand how they can get away with it… sucks to the average consumer…

I too have recently won auctions only to have them disappear I’ve also tried to check out with a coupon code to no avail, and called customer service only to wait then get conveniently disconnected Lastly I actually did get thru to the chat specialist who gave me a different discount code which also did not work
It seems almost ALL other reviewers are saying the EXACT same things I found this very insightful and decided NOT to place my order It probably would’ve disappeared anyhow!

I wish I could give no stars, or negative stars because the customer service for this company is laughable. Before I placed my last order, I called 3 times to inform customer service that I had moved. I did this before I even placed the order, to be sure they can get it in their data base, remember, 3 times I called! So when I placed my order, of course, it was sent to my old address. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the order would be shipped from the warehouse to the correct address, after never receiving my package, and no further contact from customer service, I again called back and was told that the package, somehow, no longer exist and no it was not coming to me but that they would issue a refund. Which did not happen until almost a month after I place this order and for phone calls from me, with no contact from customer service and damn little concern! Never ordering from this place again, never was contacted by customer service, no attempt by customer service to resolve my concern, not even the courtesy of someone saying, emailing, or texting me, that they were sorry for all the trouble. Only giving my money to companies that want me as a customer, liquidation channel is not one of those companies and will receive no more of my business. And I urge you, not to make the mistake I did by dealing with this company in any way.

I have 2 items to comment on. BEWARE!
1. Purchased a ring and 3 pendants for gifts. Wished I hadn’t and could not return as under 200.00. The ring had stones that were far from the color shown. A very washed out orange that I had to throw away as the shade was far from my wardrobe colors. Pendants all poorly cut and dull.
2. Beware! They advertise gemstone and ‘diamond’ jewelry. If you look at the gem weight of the diamonds…0.01 carat and is 4 stones. That means each CHIP is 0.0025, or twenty five one thousands of a carat. Can’t even see. Extremely misleading!

, but you have to be very careful and KNOW what you are looking at. The retail prices shown are WAY WAY inflated for the quality of their items. I’d say 2 to 4 times the actual value. Quality is not very good. I have had to return a few things because stones had already come out of the settings in shipping!!! The silver isn’t the best quality. Not very shiny. Once you buy it, you own it! Buyer beware!!!

I used to shop hear regularly. I had a bad experience with quality on the Karis Collection, finding that silver on brass turns your finger green. I tried them again on the auction site. I wone 5 items and paid for them. Upon completing my order, I noticed that the shipping address was incorrect. I tried for an hour and a half to reach Customer Service. Instead of simply making the correction, they cancelled my winning auction bids and re-​entered in a second order for double the cost! (Remember I already paid for my purchase.) This was also cancelled, they KEPT my MONEY — AND won’t send my items! They STOLE my MONEY and were rude, disrespectful, etc. They refused to give me a manager and NEVER responded to my E-​mails asking to simply correct the shipping address. NEVER use this company!

OH no stay away, their prices are low if you want some cheep jewelery, but watch out for the shipping charges, they will not combine for items bought in same day buying, it really adds up, it cost me $ 15,00 shipping for 5 items that totaled $ 35.00, SO i ENDED UP PAYING $ 50. THAT IS NO DEAL, and forget about the little silk shipping pouches, they never send them, you have to beg for them, they still owe me 5 of them. Oh they say you can have a $ 29.99 shipping for orders made on same day, hell you can go USPS flat rate for $ 5.50 and get in 3 days, and it would hold 50 rings, I feel this Co. is making alot of money on the extra shipping, And I feel bad for the SENIOR citizens who get caught up in this, Like the host say, their retirement home LC parties, Also they have some of the most boring host, And the men host are afraid to put a lady ring on their pinkie finger so buyers can get ideal of size-​Try Rocks Tv, if nothing else you will love the host, and laugh with them alot, they ship $ 5.99 for all orders in one day
