Angela Svoboda and Cindy Dietz recently became owners of Linfield Design Associates.

Cindy with over 30 years marketing experience with National Homebuilders and Angela has 15 years Interior Design experience merchandising Model Homes. Lou Ann Lindley is the Founder of Linfield Design Associates.

Business Owner

Cindy Dietz is the president and owner of Linfield Design Associates which has a 35 year history merchandising model homes for builders throughout the country. In addition to design services Cindy assists builders with market research, marketing and sales strategies to successfully sell homes. She is an active member of the Austin Home Builder Association, Custom Builder Council, Real Estate Council of Austin holds a Texas Broker’s License.
