In 2012 Keep Austin Wet opened for business with the goal of providing the best watercraft rental experience on Lake Ausitn. We strive for customer satisfaction and will ensure that you day on the lake is one to remember.

Keep Austin Wet Watercraft Rentals was opened in May of 2012 by me, Santos Rene Ramirez with the goal of offering both locals and visitors of Austin the best possible boat rental experience. Bringing to the table over 20 years of boating experience and over a decade in the customer service industry I launched Keep Austin Wet Watercraft Rentals with a large emphasis on customer service backed by well-​maintained quality watercraft. We are excited for what is to come and please call me any time with any and all questions concerning your next boat outing!

We had 8 30year old girls on a private bus for a day of fun! Flexible and reliable. Easy to work with and very accommodating! We did salt lick bbq and triple x brewery followed by Deep Eddys vodka distillery. Randy was amazing and fun and offered great suggestions! Randy took photos for us at every stop and sent them to us later in the day.
They picked up and dropped us off at different locations and their willingness to create something fun made for a great day. Pricing is the best I found in the city!
Would go again was the highlight of our trip! THANKS RANDY!

We rented a pontoon boat with Keep Austin Wet for my bachelorette party. The boat we had booked prior cancelled on us due to the weather. Another company recommended Keep Austin Wet. Our captain, Ryan, was amazing. He was done for the day but agreed to work longer and take us out. He took us to some really great spots he knew we’d enjoy and had a great attitude the whole time. He went above and beyond for us and saved our day. Everyone agreed the highlight of our whole trip to Austin was the boat ride. Thanks Ryan!

Thank you «Keep Austin Wet» for saving the day! We had booked a boat rental with another company (Wave&Water) when a bad storm came passing through, the captain (Kevin) cancelled the boat ride. We had asked him to wait it out and see if it clears up, he said «no» cancelled and then ignored our phone calls:(luckily David from Float On heard our problem and got us on another boat when the weather cleared up.
We had the best day with Keep Austin Wet!!! Weather cleared and was gorgeous, our captain Ryan took us all over the lake. He took us to this rope swing, and to an awesome cove where everyone was Party’n.
Float seriously saved our bachelorette party, we flew in from CA and was looking forward to the boat ride the most!

We had a blast on our pontoon trip. We were group of 11 girls in Austin for a bachelorette party and Keep Austin Wet well exceeded all of our expectations. Andrew was our driver and he was great– took us out to a lagoon where we hung out on the lily pad. Santos organized our trip and was extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend Keep Austin Wet for the price and for a great time– we had a wonderful experience.

I can’t say enough nice things about Keep Austin wet. Friendly staff, great boats and more than reasonable pricing. I have rented pontoons from them twice and will be renting from them again this summer. Their boats are nice, clean and come with stand up paddle boards and a Lilly pad for free. When you are on the lake, nobody can tell that you are on a rental plus the boats are spotless! If you are looking to rent on Lake Austin look no further. Give Santos a call and thank me later.

Rented a pontoon from Keep Austin Wet a couple of weeks back. I dealt with Santos, the owner, when booking my boat reservation. He was very helpful and polite. We have two young kids, so he was very liberal about the weather policy. Many of the companies in Austin are too strict and expect a monsoon before agreeing to cancel, penalty free. Santos called the morning of and said it was misting out at the lake, and gave us the option to cancel. We decided to take our chances and were happy we did. Santos arrived on time and got us checked in. He had many life jackets to choose from for out little ones. The pontoon was older, but in good shape. You can tell they take care of their boats because most other companies newer boats are in much worse shape. The pontoon ran good, the seats comfortable and torn free, the stereo loud, and the canopy stayed up, even when at nearly full throttle. Usually when renting on Lake Austin or Travis, one of the previously mentioned features doesn’t work — it never fails. Returned back and one of Santos associates was waiting for us. Docking, return, and payment was pain free. Thanks Keep Austin Wet!

Went out on the pontoon boat on the 4th of July. What a great time we had. Our captain, Nick, was a blast and he knew just where to go. Everyone had such a great time. Can’t wait to rent again from Keep Austin Wet! I definitely recommend these guys to anyone wanting to get out on the water for a while.

I have to say I have never been on more of amazing trip on Lake Austin, Santos is a knowledgeable and friendly owner and really knows his stuff. Cullen was our captain and I am know a wake boarder because of him. I reccomned this rental plac eover anyone else anyday. Resonable, friendly, happy, amazing

We rented the Mastercraft X9, for a group birthday celebration. It was one of the best birthdays I’ve yet to have. Santos was awesome, very patient and helpful. The boat was beautiful, and he was a great captain, letting us really enjoy our time on the lake. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of fun, the time, and quality of the experience, and I definitely plan on using them again when another special occasion comes up. The reservation was well handled, and when we hit traffic and notified Santos we were running late, he was extremely courteous. There were no hidden fees, we weren’t nickled and dimed, it was all very clear on the pricing side. If you plan on renting a boat, I recommend Austin Wet Watercraft, you’ll get quality boats, equipment, and captains, for a reasonable price.

My three children, wife and I got lucky. I called around noon and was able to book a ski boat later the same day due to a cancelation. It came with a captain which was perfect for our needs. Santos was knowledgable and professional. We all felt safe. The kids were smiling the entire time even after several massive wipe outs. The boat and equipment were well kept and performed well. It was my favorite event of a six day adventure of vacation activities. I highly recommend Keep Austin Wet!

Santos was awesome… And the Jet Ski we rented was even better! I did not expect a top of the line brand new ski! We called last minute to make a reservation in hopes of a rental that would fulfill our spur of the moment adrenaline fix, as my partner was visiting from out of state and hadn’t been on a jet ski with me in 8 years. In less then 24 hours we were cruising the beautiful waters of Lake Austin. Santos was professional but very welcomingI will always call Santos first, (as I know that his business will boom when word gets out about his superb prices and awesome toys) for ALL my future water sport fixes!!! I’ll be calling him next week actually, for another go on his Skis for when my kids and partner come from NM during their spring break.

We wanted to see Austin from the water and spend some fun time with our sons and their friends. Santos set us up with a terrific pontoon party boat that met our needs and was quite reasonable. m santos met us 30 minutes before our rental started to help us get loaded, show us the ins and outs of the boat and to make certain we were all set for a fun afternoon.
The boat was in good condition and staged well for an afternoon on the lake. Santos gave us a good overview of what to look for on the lake and where to go. We had a terrific time and were able to check out Lake Austin.
