JUNK BUSTERS-​USA specializes in full service, professional junk removal. We can haul away almost anything you have as along as we can lift it and it doesn’t glow in the middle of the night. History

Established in 2004.

We started Junk Busters-​USA in June of 2004 with a notepad, a pen and a vision of making a difference. Betsy (the She-​CJO) came up with the idea for our business when we needed somethings hauled away from our home. At that time it seemed like the only people who were in the hauling bsuiness were what we classified as «two creepy dudes with an old beat up truck.»

Our original three main goals were: Professionalism, outstanding customer service and recycle or donate eveything we could. After ten years of doing this we’ve been able to build a solid reputataion in our industry but also learned the value of giving back. Any item we keep out of the landfill and can get into someone’s hands that needs it does make a difference. And that goes way beyond just being a junk removal company.

I originally spent over 25 years in corporate America mainly in direct sales. Not only working with small bsuinesses but with Fortune 100 companies as well. During those many years I always dreamed of one day opening my own business. When the opportunity finally arrived I jumped on it. The experience I brought with me was priceless from many perspectives but the most valuable lesson I learned is the importance of delivering outstanding customer service.

Very polite & hard working guys. Honest transaction. Highly recommended them. We had debris and old material in the attic from an old home we purchased; the guys took care of it efficiently. Took the stress off stuff left from previous owners. Would not hesitate to call on then again. Friendly service with a positive vibe from the business.

JunkBusters is absolutely fantastic. I had some special requests and less than 24 hours’ notice to get some things picked up and moved across town because of a bad work situation, as well as a pretty normal garage cleanout — and a chest freezer that had accidentally gotten unplugged, yikes. The office staff worked everything out for me and got me a team for the next morning. Wow!
The team was outstanding. Chandler and Jake were super professional, efficient, hardworking, and just nice as pie. Since I had special requests and it was hard to tell at first glance how much of the stuff in my garage needed to be hauled, they were clear that the estimate might change. Chandler was very careful to update me on the charges I was accruing and to check with me before continuing to something that would cost more.
But most of all, their customer service is amazing. Some of my junk had some drama attached to it, and I was upset. These two guys could not have been sweeter or more patient as I made decisions to jettison or keep things. After one of the worst weeks of my life, I had a smile on my face when they left because of their kindness.

These guys are great. We called them out to haul away a lot of accumulated junk, mostly in the garage and a few items inside that were too heavy for my kids and I to bring downstairs. They showed up with great attitudes and got right to work. After a short while I asked my son to just eyeball and see how they were coming along. He looked at me like I was nuts because «they just got here». I said I’d read great reviews and I expected they might be half finished. He let me know he thought that was impossible but, when he went out to check, they’d loaded everything up and were sweeping out the garage! They brought the upstairs stuff down cheerfully and then we were all done! The bill matched what I’d been quoted. Great experience. I was really happy and I’ll be calling them again soon for some old brick and landscape hauling.

Major Safety Complaint: The man that showed up recruited my 13 year old son to help him move a 400 pound broken appliance out of the house and load it in his trailer.
This is dangerous and unprofessional. Period.
As a parent, I can’t figure out the logic of asking a child to help move a 400 pound appliance — that is what we paid Junk Busters to do for us. If they needed more muscle power to do the job they should send 2 guys to do it.

Used them again to haul away some large demo’d pieces of lumbar from a pergola and deck. They arrived right on time and were fast and efficient cleaning up the rather large mess I made. Again, they don’t move hazardous material, but I guess no company does!

Had them out on July 3rd. Excellent experience. Josh and Jake were thorough, extremely polite and very friendly. They made quick work out of the junk I had accumulated. Although somewhat expensive, I felt the service was absolutely worth it. I recommend Junk Busters, and also highly recommend that you take time to sort /​stage items before the team arrives.

I had a pile of yard debris in my driveway I needed removed. I called JunkBusters USA thinking it would be an easy and cost-​effective way to get rid of the mess. Their service was fantastic: they were prompt, professional, on-​time, and did a good job cleaning up my driveway. However, I’m only giving them 3 stars because they were outrageously expensive — probably 3X what I expected. They did not give me a quote over the phone (not that I expected one) but did one promptly on-​site. Tried to talk them down but said rates were fixed. Yes, I could have passed on using them at that time, but I needed the driveway cleared that day and it was too late to consider other options. So a heads-​up to others to be ready to pay top dollar for their service.

These guys blew me away. Josh responded to my online request quickly, and showed up an hour later with an awesome attitude, a fair quote, and a killer team of young guys who did the job with all the enthusiasm of a 14 year old Prog Rocker getting an autograph from Geddy Lee.
If everyone I’d hired in the course of finishing out our garage were this great, we’d have been done in three days instead of three weeks. Now, if only I had more junk.

Chandler, Austin and Alfred were awesome… fast, efficient, courteous… even got here early. I had contacted 1−800-junk and they turned me down after I asked them for proof of insurance. I will be calling them again as I have lots of junk!!!

If I’d only known…
Thirty years of accumulated «stuff», gone and clean in two hours! I’d put off cleaning the attic for many years; I’m not nearly as spry as I used to be, and there’s never a good time to be in the attic. Finally, enough was enough, and I searched and found Junk Busters.
A simple online request as followed by a prompt return call to schedule. When they arrived, the two young guys could’t have been nicer. I told them my dream of what I’d like, and they accommodated. I stayed in one spot; the guys would dig out and show me items; I then simply said ‘stays or goes’. They cleaned the resulting empty area and rearranged what I kept, then loaded the truck with what went and were on their way. One added bonus; we all hold onto stuff because we thought it had value, and they were never judgmental and often responded how an item would be recycled or otherwise reused. One slight downside: their online photo of the truck has no reference and is smaller than you’ll think (but their upfront estimate will be accurate).

Had some stuff I wanted to get rid of before a move and was impressed with the number of 5 star reviews so filled out the online contact form – now I see why! They were courteous throughout the whole process and showed up ahead of schedule (which I had happily said was ok when they asked beforehand) even with me being the last stop of the day. I would gladly recommend them and use them again.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this company and the guys that work for them. We just bought a fixer-​upper house and ripped up all the carpeting and padding (about 1500 sq. ft.). The previous owners also left a giant pile of garbage in the garage much of which was thrown all over the floor (including broken glass). The owner, Steve, was incredibly helpful.
Both Frank and Austin arrived promptly the day we needed them and they were unbelievably polite and professional. Since they charge by the truck load, they determine about how much stuff you have and give you an estimate right there. After packing the truck tight, they CLEANED AND SWEPT OUR GARAGE! OMG. it’s spotless! (I hope to upload pix)
More importantly, after completing the job, they asked «since we’re here, do you need help with anything else?» — (at no extra charge!!!) As it turned out, we were simultaneously selling and dismantling the kitchen cabinets and needed help loading them onto another truck. Without complaint or hesitation they immediately helped out. Full of smiles the entire time. Amazing service: professional, efficient and super nice. HIGHLY Recommend them!

These Junk Busters guys did an outstanding job demolishing a solidly engineered playscape that stood in our yard for 20 years. They did the job carefully and methodically, always keeping us informed. Unfailingly polite and really nice guys. They hauled everything away and cleaned up the debris in the yard. Thank you Frank, Chandler and James!

We had an old shed, the world’s biggest armoir, work stuff, a kid’s playground set with termites, a bar, and other items that were of no value but needed to be hauled away and they were pretty amazing what they packed in that truck in no time and could lift. Very professional as well but the best part was there was one item that we realized needed to go at the last minute but was dangerous for 2 men to pick up and they promised to return on Monday with more men. I had already paid and agreed the job was done but good as their word, they showed back up on Monday and hauled that thing away as promised.
Very nice and professional as well. Very friendly guys, well spoken, happy to help. I would totally use them again. Well worth the price. No way could we have hauled this stuff.

I called on Friday, and these guys were at my house on Saturday afternoon. While the owner Steve mentioned that is not typical, it was awesome nonetheless. I’ll be honest, my load was a b*tch! I cut down this GIANT BUSH (giggity) that I dubbed the beast, because that sucker pretty much covered my entire driveway. Not to mention a bunch of other miscellaneous crap, that once I got it all piled up for them, was much more than I anticipated and described when I made the appointment.
Most anyone would have been like, FML, but Scott & Austin had a great attitude the entire time! I mean because of my poor estimate on my amount of crap, these guys only came with room for half a load, when I clearly needed a full truck. They literally had to go dump their first load (giggity) and come back for a second, again with zero attitude or complaints.
I cannot recommend these guys enough, Steve the owner was awesome over the phone, and Scott & Austin did an incredible job. They even swept and cleaned up all the messy debris that was leftover in my driveway when they were done! Definitely using these guys again when I start my backyard patio project!

I had junk that was old and busted, and I couldn’t give away with a free coffee and a donut. So, I contacted Junk Busters via their web form, and within minutes they were reaching out to confirm my requested appointment time.
On the day of junk busting, they arrived promptly, loaded up all my variety of junk, and hauled it away at a very reasonable fee. The young men were kind, courteous, professional, fast, and efficient.
Now I’m junk free, and ready for my donut.

God… I HATE moving.
I also detest consolidating. Getting rid of junk is the pits, too. But luckily for us, there’s a company called Junk Busters USA that’ll show up to your home, load up their massive truck with all your stuff, and haul it away.
It’s. That. Easy.
Their prices are plainly displayed on their website in 1/​8, ¼, 1/​3, ½, 2/​3, ¾ and whole truck denominations. I had what looked like a ton of stuff, but they managed to squeeze it into 1⁄3 of the truck ($ 269 not including a $ 15 discount if you book on their site). What does 1⁄3 of a truck look like in terms of junk? A queen-​size mattress, bed frame, large ‘old-​school’ TV, an entertainment center, a huge 2-​piece sectional sofa (R.I.P, Colleen C’s old couch), an old suitcase, and more than a dozen bags/​boxes of everything from old dishes to a busted vacuum cleaner. Definitely worth it in my book, especially considering I couldn’t lift the coach or bed even if I did have access to a large enough dumpster!
The JB gentlemen are thorough, efficient and hardly made a sound as I continued to work… when they were finished, I was able to pay via credit card which I really appreciated.
I’d definitely use this local business again but happily, I won’t need to since I’ve been freed of all my unwanted belongings. Thanks, guys!
