HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
My 98 Isuzu Rodeo broke down on me, I called this company on Monday Jan 6^th, around noon, the guy was able to come out pretty much immediately to pay me for it. Which honestly, I feel COMPLETELY ripped off ($ 200)especially after my experience. He came to pay me, then told me it would be a day or two before the tow truck driver could come get it. I thought that was odd considering they advertise for SAME DAY service. That was not my case, here we are today, Friday Jan 10^th and my car was finally picked up this morning; after me calling every day, sometimes twice a day since Tuesday. When I called yesterday, I was asked if I wanted to call the tow truck driver… um, isn’t that what YOU should be doing? After all, it was paid for & they already had the title! When the driver finally arrived, I had to move my other car, which isn’t a big deal, but this guy didn’t even apologize for it taking so long, not even a smile on his face. I will NEVER use their services again, nor would I recommend it.
