I really want to like this place/but they need to improve their customer service and business practices. They were late dropping off and picking up the water slide. It sat in our yard for 5 days after the party and killed the grass. Also, it had a big hole on the side– 1.5 feet by 1.5 feet square– it had been patched but the patch came off during the party. The response time when we called about the problem was slow– 2 hours to get a call back. No refund was offered– but a discount for future services! Yeah right– I’m not using them again.

I bought a Jumpolin piñata for my niece’s birthday party last weekend, EVERYONE was so impressed and commenting on the quality of the work. I don’t think anyone had ever seen a piñata that well made before! They were looking inside it, at the bamboo and hand craftsmanship, etc, saying«Wow, this is no made-in-China stuff! Whoever did this did a great job!» I mean, that piñata-making was the topic of conversation more than the candy! Although the previous Jumpolin store at 1401 E Cesar Chavez was sadly torn down by the landlord/owner, Jumpolin is currently operating out of a temporary location at 4926 E Cesar Chavez. I have nothing personally to do with this business, other than a community member and customer. These are the best pinatas you can get, from a terrific, hard-working family owned business!

Awesome selection of nice, clean pinatas at great prices! I got a huge shark plus stick for $ 25. Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing. I have requested custom pinatas from them on 2 occasions and, on both occasions, they have delivered exceptional results. Their rates are reasonable and their range of ‘off the shelf’ pinatas is pretty broad too.
