Happy Trails Automotive is the best automotive services place I’ve ever been to. I’m not very savvy about cars and every time I’ve had work done at Happy Trails I’ve felt totally taken care of. I trust the diagnosis that I am given and that I’m not being taken advantage of, simply because of my ignorance about cars. Brad and Kris both took time to explain to me what the problem was, in terms that I could understand. They answered my questions completely and made me feel very comfortable with letting them do the work on my car. And, the charges for the work were very reasonable. Now that I’ve found them, I won’t take my car anyplace else. They have my highest recommendation.

Highly recommend! I brought my Tahoe in the first time for a faulty oil pressure sending unit. I was able to make an appointment, they started within 5 minutes after I arrived, and finished in the time they said it would take. Plus, they were about a third less in price than other quotes. Same with the brakes, and they didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. Honest folks, great service!

I brought my 2000 Dodge Caravan to Happy Trails Automotive recently because my a/​c was not cooling properly, I knew that my transmission needed to be serviced, and I wanted a general safety inspection (I drive around a bunch of kids). I was very impressed with Brad (owner) and Kris (main mechanic). Brad was very communicative and up-​front with me about cost and timing, and I always felt like I knew what was going on. Since this is an older van and I hadn’t owned it very long, they could have easily sold me a new a/​c compressor for big bucks. But it turns out that all it needed was an inexpensive seal kit and a charge; I greatly appreciated their honesty. Just as we thought the van was good to go, Kris noticed a slight miss in the engine. Turns out that I needed a single spark plug. Again, they could have easily told me I needed the set. Also, they performed an all-​around safety check as requested, and when I told Brad about all the kids I drive around, he even personally inspected my seat belts! The van is running great, the a/​c is cold, and I feel much more confident now as to its safety. I will bring my vehicle back to Happy Trails again if I need any further work.
