We had very specific criteria; she listened very carefully and asked lots of questions to help us focus on our needs and priorities. Then she set us up for instant MLS emails about new properties and always followed up via phone/​text in case we missed the email. (Who can read all of their email these days?)
Jordan patiently walked us through 15 – 20 properties before we found the right one. She is tireless — she made countless phone calls to answer questions we had about different properties. Then she walked us through the tedious process of purchasing a foreclosed property. I was dreading that, but she had excellent resources for every little inspection or review that we needed. She even caught a mistake made by the very senior seller’s agent!
Jordan is smart, energetic and always focused on doing her best for her clients. Absolutely five-​star service!

Jordan did a great job focusing our house search. She used technology to make the process convenient (signing docs and contracts), and was responsive and responsible. She also facilitated a number of conversations on our behalf with the broker and make communication — an often convoluted part of the process — easy. She followed through on all of her commitments to us in a timely manner, and was careful to set our expectations accurately along the way.
In the end, we found a great new home that, without Jordan as our Realtor, we may not have. Thanks, Jordan!
