Established in 1992.

This family-​owned business was established in 1992 by retired Chief Master Seargant, Paul Jenkins. In 1998, Shan Jenkins took the reigns and shorty after, the company’s product was recognized with a «Best Custom Home» award in Texas. Since then, the company has won numerous awards for product quality, business savvy, and altruism, culminating in the «Custom Builder of the Year» award for the state of Texas, won in both 2006 and 2009.

Business Owner

Shan Jenkins is President and owner of Jenkins Custom Homes. Shan has an undergraduate degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from St. Thomas University in Houston, Texas. Shan has over 25 years of construction experience in everything from Heavy Highway, Large Commercial, Small Commercial, and high-​end Residential.

Bethany Jenkins is Vice President of Jenkins Custom Homes. She has a Management Information Systems degree from Texas A&M University and an Executive MBA from Houston Baptist University. She has over 10 years experience in residential construction, making selections for all the Jenkins Show Homes and Parade Homes, as well as developing state-​of-​the-​art technologies for the company and overseeing Marketing endeavors.
