After sub-​contracting with a number of clowning and entertainment agencies, Jasper McCollum and his wife set out to form their own company.

This is the first review I write at Unilocal.I hired Jasper for my daughter’s first birthday party. My husband and I were soooo impressed with his skills. As soon as he got to the party he found a place to set up and started working his magic. We really look forward to hiring Jasper again. I would highly recommend him for your next party.

I can’t say enough good things about jaspers creativity and patience! 25 — 4 year olds don’t understand wait your turn OR backup! He is amazingly talented. His balloon creations take the art to a whole new level and he’s super fast! 2nd time to use him. Last time we booked both and they were an unbelievable duo! Plan on using them again in January for my 6 year olds party.

I don’t normally write Unilocal reviews, but because I found Jasper on Unilocal,I figured I would pay it forward. We hired him for a four-year-old’s birthday party, and he was very professional, and great at entertaining the kids. He had a poster with balloon sculptures the kids could request, but was also creative with off-​the-​wall requests like a wacky hat or a ninja turtle. My daughter loved the big balloon horsey she could ride around. I heartily recommend him to other parents seeking entertainment for kids parties.

Jasper and Sparkles recently did a combined party for my 2 daughters. They did balloons and face painting and kept about 35 kids (mostly around 4 – 6 year olds) busy for an hour and a half! I was at first worried that the kids wouldn’t be entertained while waiting for balloons and face paint but I was wrong. They waited in line watching what balloons were being made and as soon as they got theirs, they were so excited and playing! I was so pleased with the talent of Jasper and Sparkles and also the communication and professionalism. Would definitely use them again!

We hired Jasper for my son’s first birthday party, and he was absolutely amazing! He was prompt, outgoing, accommodating, and really had the kids entertained! His balloon sculpting talents are truly amazing! He will literally accommodate any strange or off the wall request you could have! I believe the more impressive of the fetes were the full size unicorn that the kids could wear as if they were riding it, and the flamingo version as well, and the jet packs, complete with fire shooting from them! I would hire him again ASAP! Thank you Jasper!

Jasper was amazing. I had him attend my 27th brunch birthday and he was easy to get it touch with from the start, on time, and professional. His balloon skills were outstanding and he fulfilled all requests from Justin Bieber to tandem bicycles to college mascots. I would highly recommend Jasper for both children and adult events alike. He made my birthday a total hit.

Jasper was top notch right from start to end. Jasper entertained our young guests at our son’s 7th bday party. Super easy to communicate with and schedule a time, he gracefully fit us in right in between all of his other commitments. He arrived at our house promptly in a cute costume. He had a picture poster of all the wonderful balloon art he could make. That made it really easy and fun for our young guests (varied ages) to choose what they would like. Jasper’s balloon art was amazing and he was a great hit with kids and adults alike. I would highly recommend him for your next party!

Jasper is just… wonderful! Today he came for my 3 yr old’s bday and was fantastic. He patiently crafts complex balloons and a leads sweet little sing-​a-​long too. I love the that he is really sweet with the kids without being hoky. This is the second time we’ve hired him this year-​both times he learned special songs for my kiddos. He totally made the party :-) Thank you Jasper!

Had an amazing experience with Jasper & Costello this past weekend. Jasper came out to our home for our 2 year old’s BD party. He was so great with the balloon twisting, and also did sing along’s. The kids loved him, and we could not be happier with his service.

Jasper & Costello is as good as it gets.
I hired J&C to be a part of a local 4 month AT&T campaign in which we needed face painters and balloon artists every weekend. Jasper is quite possibly the best balloon artist in Austin. If he doesn’t know how to make something, he will definitely figure out how in a matter of minutes.
His brother, wife, sister-​in-​law are all a part of the team as well, making J&C a cohesive fun loving crew. Lines a mile long were what we needed for our local events, and that is just what we got from Jasper & Chris’ amazing balloon art and Clare & Marianne’s cool face paintings.
Not only are they entertaining for kids and parents of all ages, but they are always prompt in arrival, well prepared, flexible, reliable and easily reachable.
