Specialties
I specialize in finding win-win situations for all parties involved in the car buying process. I do my best to keep the process streamlined as I recognize the importance of both your time and mine and want to make sure that we are all able to use that time constructively. I am proud to say I have made many friends in the process of selling vehicles and would be happy to become your friend also. I will shoot you straight even if I’m not gonna be the one who sells you your vehicle. I don’t like to participate in the back and forth or the games. If you tell me what your trying to accomplish and I can I will, if not I’ll tell you what I can do and why I can’t accomplish what your trying to. Spending in excess of $ 10,000 or more should be fun and it is my goal to make it so.
History
Established in 1972.
Mazda stands for uncompromising quality, outstanding value and an exhilarating driving experience. It was that way when the first Mazda vehicles began arriving in the United States in 1970 and it still is today as we build on our reputation as a leader in the industry.
Roger Beasley Mazda opened for business in 1972 and was one of the first Mazda dealerships in the nation. Also known as Mazda Central, the store’s sales and customer satisfaction has earned Mazda’s elite President Club’s status for 15 years in a row, one of just 6 stores to do so nationwide.
Roger was always a car guy, repairing and racing cars in high school. Roger graduated from the University of Texas in 1961 with a degree in Business Administration. Roger has bought and sold American Motors, Renault, Peugeot, Lotus, Daihatsu, Suzuki, Kia, Honda, and Ford franchises but hasalways kept Mazda.
We are proud to support the Austin Humane Society, Town Lake Trail Foundation, and the Ronald McDonald House.
Meet the Manager
Isaac G.
Manager
Well here goes an intro to me. My name is Isaac Gray and I have been living/working in Austin since January of 2006. I moved here from Maryland via Beaumont, TX. Initially I planned to live in Beaumont a year and move to Austin to pusue graduate studies in Public Policy, Law and Business at UT. I unfortunately picked the most inoppurtune time to move to Beaumont as a few weeks after moving the area was struck by hurricane Rita. Finding the situation quite bleak the next few months in Beaumont I decided to move up my timetable for moving to Austin. After a five month forced hiatus I was in need of income. Realizing that living/working without a car in Texas is truly less than ideal I decided I’d try to remedy both my car and income problems with one solution. I saw an ad for Roger Beasley Mazda in the Statesman. I came in for an interview, asked some customers about the place, found that both the man and the dealership were well respected and here I am.
