Our staff is primarily composed of single or stay-​at-​home parents who need extra income but don’t want to leave their children home to work. We appreciate you not only «going local,» but supporting your fellow parents!

In the interest of supporting our community, Interact also periodically offers free parenting classes, interest-​related meet-​ups and other value-​based experiences.

History

Established in 2013.

Interact Austin is a socially-​minded, for-​profit business born in 2010 and established in 2013 by a sometime single, now stay-​at-​home mom looking for a solution to her personal work-​life challenge.

As a result, our staff is primarily composed of talented, single and stay-​at-​home parents who are in need of extra income but don’t want to leave their children behind to work.

We look forward to expanding our offerings.

Meet the Business Owner

Jennifer B.

Business Owner

Jennifer (Shaw) Bonessi has a BA in Mass Communication and a minor in Art History from Texas State University. She is also a Texas state licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer and a registered yoga teacher.

She enjoys working with her bodywork clients, both in her private practice at Bodywork In Austin and Interact Austin by customizing bodywork and therapeutic services to the individual — and families and couples, too!

She has been actively involved in Gateway Church’s Single Mom’s Group for which she has taught Love and Logic Parenting classes, and is also a proud supporter of Discovery Austin.
