Aimee and Tiffany have been in the beauty industry for many years. Aimee’s interest in beauty began when she was eleven and went with her mother to have her eyebrows waxed for the first time. From that moment on, Aimee’s passion for beauty continued to grow. Once she enrolled in Esthetics school at Vogue College, she realized she had found her calling. Tiffany’s interest in skin care began while she was working as a manager of an aesthetic laser center in the esteemed New York Presbyterian Hospital. When she moved from the Big Apple to Austin, she followed her dreams and become an esthetician. Aimee and Tiffany enjoy being able to serve the public at Hey Gorgeous Waxing and Skin Studio, where quality service is the driving force of the business. Aimee and Tiffany hope to provide you with such a positive experience that you’ll remember to return to Hey Gorgeous Waxing and Skin Studio for all of your skin care needs.

Judy is a warm, welcoming professional with excellent technique and great personalized tips. Even though this place is a bit more than the place closer to my house, I will be going here! There’s parking in back and a gorgeous reception area.

I’ve had Aimee, Tiffany and Judy and they are all great. I just had a full leg and bikini wax, and Judy did a great job.
The house is nice and relaxing and all of their services never fail to please.

I usually go for the cheapest place I can find to get the job done because I hold onto my precious dollars like my grandmother that lived through the depression holds onto old Country Crock containers, but I didn’t have time to shop around. I had my first real rebound date after an awful break up, and was super stoked until I realized that the gal palace had been neglected for a HOT second. Regardless where the night led, I knew I at least needed the confidence boost. I called the first place I saw near my house and managed to snag Aimee’s last appointment.
The place is adorable. Aimee is a delightfully irreverent badass, great to talk to, and did an an impeccable job. 100 percent worth the price, best wax I’ve gotten. Also, they give student discounts!

Sometimes I look in the mirror and think, «Damn, girl, you look like Groucho Marx without the cigar and glasses.» It’s those little hairs on my upper lip. Really. Disgusting.
Finally, I look on Unilocal,my favorite resource, and find Hey Gorgeous Waxing, etc.
I call them and leave a desperate message.
Tiffany calls me right back. I mean. Right. Back.
She is sweet and bubbly, like a glass of Pink Champagne. Tiffany explains hours and location, parking and how to book appointments online. Then she gives me the perfect day and time to come see her.
I see her on that perfect day at that perfect time. She rids my face of those embarrasing little hairs. Upper lip and eyebrows. My eyebrows look better than I’ve EVER seen them look.
These two now gorgeous eyebrows have been ruined in the past by other eyebrow workers. Not Tiffany. She is magical.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I get waxed only at Hey Gorgeous! Tiffany & Aimee are the best at what they do. The service is precise & painless. I go in for face & bikini wax and never come out of there looking red or blotchy, and my skin always feels sooo super smooth after. As yet another struggling millennial tryin’ to make it in this town, I go here because it’s affordable & the service itself leaves you glowin’! And did I mention you’ll leave there wanting to become BFF with Tiffany & Aimee because they’re awesome? Do yourself a favor and support this local business.

Went for my first ever Brazilian a week before my honeymoon! I was terrified! Turns out it wasn’t all that bad!!! Definitely will be going back! I would definitely recommend Hey Gorgeous Waxing if you’ve never had a Brazilian before!

I just love getting waxed by Aimee! Does anyone really love getting a bikini wax? Well when you don’t even feel a thing you do! It’s always so fun visiting with her and the new place is so comfortable. I am always still surprised at how I can barely feel it and I come nice and all cleaned up. Just great!

Love the new location. Lots of parking. Still has that comfy, homey feel. Waxing isn’t pain free, but this is as close as its gets. Always great service! My favorite place to get waxed. Recommend to everyone. Even worth my drive which is about 30 minutes

I have been seeing Aimee for years for waxing and skin care. She has been instrumental in improving my régime to clear up my acne prone skin. Her waxing skills are un parralled — she is not only fast but also ensures the shape of my brows fits my face. I am not sure that this review can actually relate how amazing the facials are. I love the pampering she provides and really do not notice the extractions (which is not the case at other Skin Studios). I consider these services must haves and so happy they have moved to Koening. The new location is very tranquil and in a perfect spot for me. I am a Sales Manager so my face is my calling card and Aimee makes it perfect!

I found Hey Gorgeous! through Unilocal after my aesthetician moved away from Austin, and I am so glad I trusted the other reviews. I have seen both Aimee and Tiffany for years now. They just recently moved to their new location on 2222 near Burnet, and the new home they are in is darling! It feels like a spa experience. They are incredibly clean and sanitary (they use a new stick every time they wax), very knowledgeable and experienced, kind, and non-​judgmental if you have gone too long between waxing. :) The wax they use does not hurt like other waxes I have had before. (It’s not pain free.) But, it’s a ton better than other places. They also do facials and other services. I just go to them for waxing. Check out the other Unilocal reviews that are posted under their old location if you want more info. In short, they are awesome and incredibly professional. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a loyal client of Hey Gorgeous for a little over 2 ½ years now and have nothing but great things to say about this local business. Aimee takes great care to sculpt my brows to their most optimal shape while maintaining as much of their natural growth as possible. The products she uses ensure that my skin won’t have an adverse reaction to the waxing (unlike many other places I’ve tried in Austin); I immediately stopped having upper lip breakouts as soon as I started seeing her. Their studio is expertly decorated & cozy & always creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s easy to see that Aimee & Tiffany take great pride in their business & making sure their clients feel gorgeous. It’s also worth mentioning that they are both super friendly :). I have followed Tiffany all over Austin because she is the absolute best! I am a chicken when it comes to waxing, but she has a way of making her clients relax and it’s over before they know it! (I have also seen Aimee and she’s great as well, so you can’t go wrong with this place.) Beyond just waxing, Tiffany gives amazing facials and is very knowledgable about what skin care regimen works best for each skin type. Their new digs are super cute too! For great brows, facials and bikini waxes, this is the place to go.

I have been a long time client of Hey Gorgeous Waxing and Skin Studio and I don’t know what I would do without them. :)
Tiffany has kept my skin looking fantastic even as I enter into my mid-40’s. I receive compliments all the time about how great my skin looks & how I lack wrinkles.
As for waxing, my brows have never looked as non-​Neanderthal as they do under their care. (not to mention other areas, as well!)
Her attention to detail and concern for me & my health along with her professionalism is part of what keeps me coming back.
My most recent appointment was in their new location on Koenig Ln. and it is a wonderful new space with PLENTY of parking! :)
