I’ve always been an advocate for therapy, but Tina is the first therapist I’ve actually stuck with for a while. I heard of her through a friend, and instantly noticed a difference in her style versus other therapists I’ve seen. She’s incredibly easy to talk to and really listens to what you have to say. Tina helps me to find the root of how I’m feeling, and where those feelings come from. I never feel like she doesn’t want to be at the appointment, or like I’m just a part of her job. She’s always very warm, welcoming and genuinely interested in me, my life, and my journey. I never feel any judgement from her. I highly recommend Tina if you want to work with someone who really strives to connect with her clients, and help them be the best self they can be.
